The property was not named Clayton, it was called AeroTech and i was transferred to a different building.

Es gibt 2 positive Punkte. Das Wi-Fi funktioniert meistens und ich habe keine Tiere über den Boden laufen sehen.

Das Hotel liegt zwar wie beschrieben in der Nähe des Flughafen, allerdings nicht in der eigentlichen Aerocity, sondern in einer eher fragwürdigen Ecke. Garten oder irgendwas, was in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird, ist nicht vorhanden. In dem Zimmer war weder ein Handtuch, noch Toilettenpapier oder andere Hygiene Artikel. Auch auf Nachfrage hat sich das nicht geändert. Das Zimmer wurde in den Tagen meiner Anwesenheit nicht gereinigt. Und wahrscheinlich davor auch nicht. Warmes Wasser stand ebenfalls nicht zur Verfügung. Klimaanlage und TV waren ohne Funktion, da die Fernbedienung nicht vorhanden oder ohne Batterien war.

I booked this hotel because of the many facilities they offered, including bathtub, balcony, landmark view and breakfast. They had none of the above at the hotel. Yes, breakfast, which consists of 2 cold chappatis and a not warm cup of tea! Apparently they had two connected hotels and I was installed at Blue Asia and not Clayton as I have booked. I got a room with a window, but the view was of a dusty and noisy construction building. I had to go to reception to ask for a towel, toilet paper and soap, even though the booking stated that there should be this, as well as a number of other bathroom asserois. In addition, there were small animals (cockroaches) in the bathroom.. The hotel staff who were at the reception when I arrived were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was from 9am, but I was promised that I could have it already at 8.15am, as I had to return to the airport and have another flight. The staff at the reception in the morning were of a completely different character. No breakfast before 9.15am, no understanding and an indifference you have to look for a long time. It is not a place I myself would return to or recommend.

The behaviour is very good and the rooms are very clean . The facilities that are provided are very standard. A must recommended place. Food is also very good.
