First time staying, awesome experience!

The staff were exceptional. This was our first time and they explained everything. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The floor we were on was so quiet and peaceful. Made the long awaited trip wonderful Will definitely be returning.

There's really nothing I didn't like except they put a hold on card for full amt and when we checked out no printable receipt because printer didn't work. I paid cash for room so still waiting for security deposit and rmm hold to be released

don’t like the resort fee charge of around 30 bucks extra…it’s not a resort also don’t like if you check in earlier then 4:00, they charge you and extra/20 or 40 bucks…even if they available rooms. I asked if we check out earlier then 11:00, would we get some kind of refund…No

Gina was the sweetest customer service representative. Very helpful gave best directions

1st ..At check in only 1 person working so the line was a little long but Gina got it moving as fast as she could with a smile on her face 2nd. I requested a king room I got a queen and when I open the curtains all I see is cameras maybe put a tint on the windows so we have a little privacy. 3...check out was a breeze young man was training with lady great job 👍

Bait and switch from king to poor quality Murphy bed room 536. Fix it.

I booked a deluxe king. Due to weather travel was delayed and checked in late. Was given a Murphy bed because they had either given away or overbooked the kings. Murphy bed was in poor condition and creaked every time I moved.

Overall, it was wonderful.

the room was beautiful. Television was very large. Bathroom was very nice like that the shower had no slip floor. Was nice having a safe even though we didn't use it.

Not a lot of storage if you were staying for a long time.

Enjoy the room conditions, very clean and very easy access to the casino. happy with the stay.

Did not know about breakfast

Communication with the front desk. Did not explain how to use the key to the room or did not give directions how to get to the room. First time as a guest and no welcoming greetings.

Overall stay was good (6 out of 10 *) I'd stay again,but it's time to start upgrading in 2023!!

Rooms are nice and modern.Front desk women was extremely kind and welcoming. Thank you that should never go under appreciated!

No Hot tub with a very small pool so it was extremely overcrowded .No late check out to actually get in a option for breakfast.Time factoring in with luggage carts not being available for easy travel access was disappointing.With the long hallways across the casino Zero availability for a new hotel dislike waiting for elevator ready to drop stuff .

Nice getaway, but won't return.

The room was modern and beautiful.

The distance from hotel desk to the elevator wasn't thought out in the planning. Too far. As far as the casino, we probably won't revisit. We used to like it there, but no fun since bought by Bally's.

nice clean property, well maintained, will stay again!

rooms were very clean, bathroom spotless

signage for parking and how to get to elevators could be better but thats about it. when you book should tell you about the private lot just for hotel guests. also check in desk never explained we needed to use room card to get down hall to the elevator. but we figured it out ok. girl at front desk gates her job, not rude just not friendly and welcoming bit again not a big deal
