This was the BEST Birthday celebration I've ever had. I searched for a perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday. I had traveled to Cartagena on a cruise for my 50th birthday and always wanted to return. I came across Fernando's Penthouse which looked incredible. I needed room for 24 of my friends so I ended up renting 2 Penthouses. It can be a little overbearing trying to figure things out so that everyone can come to Cartagena and have an amazing time. That's where our host Fernando came in, He was SO AMAZING!! Every question was answered, every situation was addressed and he got back to me immediately. He recommended an amazing Maid who is now a part of our family. She cooked the BEST meals for us. It's not easy cooking for 24 women but she did. And it was prepared in a timely manner. She went above and beyond also made the most incredible fruit juices!! The location was PERFECT. Located near restaurants, malls, and not too far from anything we wanted to do, The beach is in walking distance and a taxi ride to The Walled City and Getsemani was very inexpensive. Fernando gave me great tips about fees and money exchange. Thank you Fernando. I followed all your suggestions and they ALL worked out well. The Penthouses were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The pictures are pretty but they don't capture the true beauty of that place. The scenery was the most exciting part of our stay. The sunrise/sunset were priceless!! I'll be back but not with so many! Thank you!!!

Fernando and Sandra are awesome, plain and simple. They were always available to answer all of my questions before and during the stay. We chose Cartagena to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday and had a great time. We also chose to hire Nacira to help us with the everyday cleaning and she is beyond amazing and trustworthy, she made all the difference in the world.
I can not wait to go back with friends and family.

What a wonderful and beautiful property!! The pictures provided by the owners cannot justify the true beauty you and your family will encounter. This awesome panoramic view will dazzle your senses Into euphoria. The view is absolutely stunning. The rooms are so clean and confortable. The place have all the amenities that you need. We will definitely coming back, this will be definitely the place we will stay when we come back to Cartagena. Fernando y Sandra were so helpful.

The condo and balcony views were breathtakingly beautiful. The jacuzzi was a perfect finish to our day of exploring The Old City. Our housekeeper/cook was a great help and always accommodating. She even washed clothes snd ironed when needed. Every evening we had a great meal that was topped off with a different homemade juice. Our favorite was the juego de lulo! Fernando and hus team made our first trip to Colombia memorable.

I will like to start by saying this place is one of the best I’ve stayed in Colombia! The staff and owner are very reliable and fast responding. The chef was wonderful as well highly recommended and taxis are outside once you step out the doors. Thank you once again I will be back very soon!🤙🏾

3 day stay
Property owner’s were great! They accommodated our every needs. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful views of Cartagena and sunsets from the decks.
My wife and I only complaint was the check in process. It took almost 2 hours and was very confusing having to go to a different property to complete a lot of paperwork then return to the condo property. A lot of luggage and small children made this long process more stressful with no bathroom and hot climate.

Amazing Rental!
This review is better late than never. We stayed here for one week and enjoyed how spacious it is, the host is very responsive as well. We were close to the beach, it was easy to catch a taxi. The washer and dryer was a great convenience that we didn't even think we needed. The views are amazing and this place is well worth it!

The female security guard down on the main floor was very rude and demanding wanted more money . We didn't have no problems any other night with the male security guards .

The place was breathtaking. The view was beautiful, it was clean, there were clean sheets and towels, there was WiFi, and Fernando was communicative, gracious, and always available for assistance. I can’t reiterate enough how amazing the property was. When we arrived, transportation was waiting. When there was a hiccup regarding payment, Fernando appeased it and went the extra mile to resolve it. Worried about checking in and language barriers? The property manager was there to assist. Worried about safety? There are multiple bolts on the door and a safe in the home. Taxis? Easy to get from right outside the building. Afraid of getting sick? Half my group became ill, and the stores and pharmacies in the area were within 2 mins walking distance AND Fernando offered to help. Dirty dishes? Maid service available along with fresh fruits upon arrival. It cost us $8k-$12k pesos (about $3-$4 USD) to get to the old city and the beach is within a 3 min walk. Absolutely amazing and I wish every host and property was amazing as this one.

Great penthouse. Fantastic views of the beaches!
This is a fantastic condo. Bedrooms set up well. We were a family of 11 people and had lots of room to hang out. Kitchen was well equipped and living room had lots of comfy seating. We would recommend this condo very highly. The owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. We would rent from him again without question.
Has a huge hot tube providing a view of the Caribbean Sea.

Beautiful condo with amazing views!
We recently stayed in this condo for a family wedding in Cartagena. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space for everyone. It is within a nice neighborhood and was very easy to get taxis to the the Old Town. It was a pleasure to rent from Fernando as he was very communicative and attentive. Richard met us at the front desk when we arrived and was available for any questions during our stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect Spot!
First and foremost, I must say that Fernando goes above and beyond all expectations with his attention to messages and communications - even when little problems arise - even if he's not currently local. He went above and beyond.
The apartment is exactly as you find in the pictures and the rooms were impeccable. We were 7 people sharing the 5 bedrooms and we all had privacy when we wanted it and the ability to be social in the jacuzzi, terrace or living area.
I will say, the only downside (which is absolutely out of Fernando's control) is the reception management and attention. Not a lot of English spoken (which is fine since I speak Spanish) and not particularly interested in being helpful with guests. Also, the elevators are pretty small and not air conditioned. Also, just a note to those who might be a bit claustrophobic. Being on the 21st floor though is actually an odd advantage in this case as you always get an elevator and don't have to wait. :)
Other than that, I would highly recommend this spot! You'll be glad you chose this penthouse.

Couldn't ask for more!
For starters Fernando had amazing response time to all of our questions and wants. Richard is the man and helped us out alot. The Private Chef killed it...thanks Fernando for setting it up. Over all it was an amazing experience. We would most definitely do it again. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Colombia will never be the same without this place!

Amazing spacious luxury
This is truly an amazing property. The pictures do not do the actual space justice. This penthouse is very spacious for a large group of up to 5 couples. My group only consisted of 5 adult males so we had more than enough room for us all to not crowd each other. The views were absolutely breathtaking with the wrap around balcony. You can not go wrong with this property if you are looking for luxury in Cartagena. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this space to friends. Anything we needed was a phone call away. There are restaurants, a market, souvenirs shop all either next building or directly across the street. The beach is also a 5 minute walk. Beware of panhandlers

One of nicest spots in Cartegena
One of the nicest places i have ever stayed at; does come with a million dollar view, Jacuzzi, nice speaker system, two balconies. Well worth it, will definitely be back. The owner is also very nice and quick to respond. Location is also very nice, a couple blocks from the Hilton where Obama stayed at.

Truly spectacular penthouse
Our family reunion group of 11 were bowled over by this penthouse. Views to die for. No problem in recommending, we booked a year ago! Thanks to Fernando, Sandra, and Marc and Yamille for all assistance.

Everything was Amazing. The view was incredible. Mr. Mark was always available for us and Mr. Fernando was constantly updating us via email and text messages. over all 10 out of 10. we will definitely go back in the future.

This penthouse is amazing, the views are spectacular all around. They were very accommodating in case you need anything. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommended to a big group. Absolutely breathtaking...
This place was amazing! The pictures don't do it justice... amazing views, and beautiful interior. The owner and the property manager Marc and his lovely wife were fantastic, very responsive, and easily available. They even helped with booking a last minute private boat the the Rosario Islands, which was the experience of a lifetime. Would recommend this place highly... best birthday trip EVER!

Wow! Unbelievable
What an amazing place! The views, location, standard of finishes, standard of appliances, no corners cut anywhere! And the jacuzzi! Big plus! Marc who checked us in was an amazing guy! Very helpful, sorted any issues, arranged maids for us and his local knowledge came in very handy! He knew we were there to party and told us to enjoy ourselves! As we did! We went in may & it was roasting, don't take any notice of Iphone weather app it couldn't of been further off the mark as it said storms all week! Had a bit of rain on one morning and that was it! The beach is ok and a few decent spots in walking distance to eat! But with a penthouse This good and a host like Marc you didn't really need to leave to much! Thanks to the owner, and big thanks to Marc and his wife! Going to take a few weeks/months to get over these holiday blues 😂�😂�
