Staff was excellent

Staff was very unfriendly. Hotel was paid for in advance, yet the hotel kept placing “holds” on my account every day. We were there three nights and there was $700 of golds placed on my card. Staff kept saying “it will fall off after 3 days” however, this was holding up money on my card. The food prices did not match what was sent on the reservation email. I received an e-mail day of check in that my room was ready, when we went to the hotel to check in there were no clean rooms. We had to wait an additional four hours to check in. Over all was a bad experience

The lobby and the room were updated, clean, functional, and nicely decorated.

We had a king suite for 3 people, with one person sleeping on the sofa bed. There was no bedding on the bed or in the room. It took the front desk staff a long time to find bedding. But, there were no pillows available. The breakfast was awful. The choices were limited and overcooked. The coffee maker was broken. We’re canceling the 4 rooms we have reserved at this hotel in August.

had to go to Holiday Inn across parking lot for our complimentary breakfast. That location was not clean. They ran out of breakfast very early., the food area was not kept clean. trash bins were over glowing with trash

A plain small black coffee was $3.71 if you are going to charge that much for coffee it should be coffee shop quality.
