Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic!

I love this hotel and the staff. It always friendly, great location and facilities.

*staff had zero knowledge of how to check in guests as mistakes were made including shortened check out stay and double charges *each shift had one person working the front desk who were each new and confused. *no manager works on the weekend nor did a local manager or corporate GM return calls to me or to help the clerk even after 48hrs *outside buildings are most unimpressive and need maintenance *way too expensive for what turned out to be a 2.5 star hotel *zero compensation for inconvenience *this is the 2nd residence inn I've stayed in, thinking the second couldn't be as bad as the first. Altho the 2rooms were why I chose to try again, I will never stay at one, no matter where I travel.

All buildings were separate and had to walk outside to get to main lobby.

Left my pillow accidentally in the hotel room. The front desk person, Matt, i believe his name was, held it for me to pickup. So, thank you!

Coffee Maker and Toaster did not work. Called front desk Wednesday, Feb 22nd, morning about it but the matter was not resolved.
