My family and I came to the island for a family reunion. As a child I grew up in Villas de Playa I & II which family and to be able to come back as an adult with m kids and share a part of my childhood meant everything. The property is beautiful never mind the surrounding areas. Carlos and Scott are great host and I can’t wait to come back again.

The property is very nice, spacious, and exactly like the listing. It is a great place to have a peaceful vacation. As other reviewers mentioned, the security gates to enter the neighborhood are kind of a pain. Would be an ideal spot for a remote work trip where you weren’t coming in and out as often. Everything in the space was clean and easy with standard checkout requirements, nothing over the top. They provide beach towels which was very useful also. Carlos also provided recommendations for where to eat, private chefs, and other places that may be nice to visit.

the house itself was fine-although the lights in one room were flickering-I did not get a call back from the contact person the pool is not good for swimming going through the security gates was a problem at times but we had a great time at the beach in Dorado

The stay was awesome! Really enjoyed the pool, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels.

Owners responded within a few hours to air conditioning problem but never offered any comoensawhem one room had no air for 3 nights and we had to remain in the house for the repairman. Home was very clean on arrival but accessing beach by nearby hotel Was Difficult to find and dirty. The pool had nit sum shelter and needed some upgrades. The speed bumps entering and exiting property are alot and waiting to speak to someone to enter was challenging at times- there should be a pass at the hime to enter without stopping at 2 entrances

Modern well maintained property. Would recommend as one of the better developments in the Dorado area. Would be even better if the golf course was open. Good walking trails and pet friendly. Host very responsive. Car is a necessity.

The photos do not do this place justice it is beautiful and spacious. We were a family of 10 adults and we never felt like we were on top of each other. There are little touches of art that are so pleasing that give this Villa a wonderful feeling. We would stay here again!

Extended family with 4 children age 1,2,5,8 Pictures accurately show what the place looks like. Loved the 4 bedrooms with baths which each have their own AC Having an extra living space with TV allowed us to not feels crowded. The pool was directly across , did need to book times due to COVID but rarely was anyone there so we could go whenever we wanted Near grocery stores & anything else needed was within driving range. Chose to explore a different beach each day within 35-45 minutes from house. Worth the drive as beautiful, crystal clear water, the kids loved exploring the rock—should have brought water shoes Great vacation

Really awesome place to stay. It was comfortable, spacious and provide activity area for teens to stay entertained(pool, basketball, tennis, etc.). Also accessible to stores, restaurants, etc. . Definitely would stay there again. My family and me enjoyed it.

We have a wonderful weekend, the house have everything you need to enjoy your stay, 10 minutes walking to the beach and the pool was clean and right in the front.

This is the property of your dreams! So immaculate and comfortable. Decorated so beautifully. This is the place to go to for relaxation and getting away from it all. The warm sunshine of Puerto Rico will shine on you and take all your cares away.

The property is location on same road as the embassy suites in Dorado. It is a duel gated community, very safe. The villa is located on the grounds of a closed golf course. The kitchen has new appliances and worked we’ll our needs. We had 4 couples sharing the home. I would enjoy staying here again.

I was the Maid Of Honor for my best friends Bachelorette party and this villa was perfect. My group of 10 girls was fun but respectful looking for a place that was cozy but beautiful and Carlos’ villa was perfect. I texted him often leading up to ensure the recent earthquakes hadn’t affected our ability to stay, and he was always responsive and reassuring.

You can't begin to appreciate the beauty of the property from the pictures online. We went for a friends wedding nearby. I can't remember if it was noted but there are 2 gates to gain access to the community where the house is located. You will have to identify yourself for every exit/entry. This was a great location for our needs and would recommend all future guests to book if designated dates available.

We're originally from PR and now live in the states. My family and I couldn't wait to come back home for the holidays and some fun in the sun. We have always generally liked the area of Dorado because it's a beautiful, small town that has easy access to anything you'll need during a vacation. We already knew we would be in for a treat because of the location but then we got to this property and were quite impressed. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and fit all 8 of us perfectly. Every single room has it's own bathroom. There is at least one comfortable, furnished terrace in every single level of the house (4 levels total). Everything on the listing is pictured exactly as it is in the house. There are two TV's in the house (Master Bedroom and Family Room) which was great because the encouraged the little ones to be much more interested in playing outdoors (pool, terrace, walk around the safe/gated neighborhood). The property manager was sensible to leave behind nonperishables (salt, pepper, steak seasoning, cans of beans). The fridge had enough bottled water for a day or so as well as local beer (1 per every adult). There was toilet paper in every bathroom, about two rolls of paper towel in the kitchen and every bathroom had travel size lotions and soap. The supermarket (SuperMax) is no more than 5 minutes away, so picking up anything on a pinch is extremely easy. We ordered all of our groceries via supermaxonline.com and requested in-store pickup the day we arrived. Pickup was a breeze and all of our order was correct. All in all, we really enjoyed our time there. Suffice it to say that a couple of days before we checked out, we were already looking at date availability for December 2020. We can't wait to be back. Oh and Lilly was the sweetest-she handled are checkin/checkout. She was kind, happy and resourceful every time we reached out to her about random things like how to turn on the TV or "hey - where's the pool key again?"...

We had a wonderful time at Carlos’ property. The house was spacious, well appointed, and sparkling clean. It had everything all the adults and kids needed to enjoy the amenities at the villa. Would definitely stay again and for a longer time!
