Our apartment was clean and very comfortable. We appreciated having some beach accessories in the closet for use. We also appreciated the comfortable furniture, everything from the patio set to the beds.

Everything was exceptional! The condo was clean, cute, and the perfect amount of space for the five of us. The view of the pool/courtyard and beach was great! The property was very well-maintained and in a good location.

The only thing that I didn't like was LEAVING at the end of our trip!!

We enjoyed the condo and the beach and pool.

Fluffier pillows for the beds.

All the extra amenities that our condo offered.

That only one key was provided and that only two loads of laundry were included with the price.

Easy to get anywhere in NSB They kept the complex clean and updated Pool was so nice

LOVE New Smyrna beach and you can not get any closer to the water.

There are no vents in the bathroom. There was sign in the closet that indicated the beach towels had developed legs and if they were missing it would cost $25 a piece for 4. We could not find the towels and panicked. It was difficult to reach the owner and the manager on the property did not help because of the property management company that did not respond until our last day on the property. The towels were in an ottomon. Who would have looked there?
