Comfort and the view

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Property was about a mile away (5 minute car ride or you could walk it) from the Lake George village. Pool was clean and right in front of property with umbrella and chairs to use.

Parking at the property was tricky from the angle you had to enter the lot in. It was best to back into your spot once up on the hill to make it easier to leave. Property needs another driveway to exit.

Location was good. Room was clean. Had what we needed in the room. Very casual atmosphere and the property had all you needed.

The fridge was a little rough and small. Door racks were missing. Hard to get things in it. Freezer part needed defrosting. Back part of the building needs a little TLC (painting). Back parking area is dirt and angled and a bit small. Hard to maneuver.

The property was clean. The owner and staff was nice and accommodating.

The area was quiet and provided good views of the lake.

We didn’t venture into the pool because one of the ladders was leaning near the fence. It was the ladder going into the shallow end and climbing out seemed to slippery for my wife and I, so we skipped swimming for our 3 day trip. The bed was much too soft to the point where we rolled into the middle. We were on the back side of the inn and the few times it rained, the decking was very slippery.

The inn was cute and quaint. Clean and comfortable too. The bathroom needs little update! No blow dryers when they said they did have them. Had to ask for it! Pool area cute!

Parking lot

Staff was over and above with their helpfulness and courtesies. They were attentive to detail to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well furnished making for a very comfortable stay. The grounds, including the pool area, were in excellent repair.

The inn met all our needs. It was perfectly situated for us.

Bed was very comfy ! I loved the balcony. I liked that it was privately owned, so the service was fantastic.

The driveway into the parking lot is on a hill and difficult for low cars. However, I called the owner and they made accommodations immediately. She went out of her way to make it easier on us.

The manager/owner was friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our outdoor balcony door and a maintenance guy came up immediately to fix it. He was extremely polite. This is a nice family owned motel with an adequate inground pool. The rooms are surprisingly large and very clean! They are deceiving from the rustic look outside. We had access to the private beach at the hotel across the street. Must pay the hotel for use of the kayaks.

Can't say anything really. I got what I paid for. Wasbt expensive and exceeded expectations.
