We really liked the outside Cabana Bar but the staff was very young and not very well versed in amenities. We ordered food and had to ask for plates, napkins. Also, the time we were eating there was a very sparse crowd ,we had to keep requesting additional drinks. We watched as one couple waited 20 minutes to be served while sitting at a table and then they just left .
Would have liked a pocket door to break to separate the bedroom from sink bathroom area. It would allow you to access either without waking everyone up

The location is a short walk to the main village. The outdoor spaces (pool, cabana) are a nice addition. Gives you something to do besides sitting in the room. The view from these spots is beautiful. You can grab a coffee at the restaurant in the morning.
The two room suite we rented was anything but the spacious floor plan depicted in the pictures. The front desk staff could have been a little more friendly. No elevator so a room on the second floor for women with very heavy suitcases was anything but ideal.

The view is great. The room was quiet.
We were put in a wheelchair accessible room.(198) No carpet, tiny sink outside the bathroom with no counter space. Bare walls. Coffee pot cord didn't reach an outlet unless it was put on the floor. We had requested a king bed, but got switched to two queens. We have previously stayed twice in room 205, which was lovely. We expected our room to be similar. Very disappointed.

"We loved the room and the location of the room. The staff was amazing and very helpful and very polite. We enjoyed the food at the Galley as well and the Galley was very clean with an excellent view."
