great location to downtown and lake

Cozy place. Enjoyed BBQ and fire pit.

Hope thers's minimum amenities like dish detergents, soap, shampoo.

Location was excellent and staff were available.

The fridge can be updated. It took some time to get cold.

It was a clean relaxing atmosphere

It is 100% apparent that the owner and staff take immense pride in the hotel. It is very well maintained with gorgeous flower boxes at every unit. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very large. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist with any needs.

I'm not really putting this as a complaint, but more of a FYI. We had a suite which is described as "not one of the stand alone cabins" so I did not expect a cabin, and knew it would be in the motel section of the property. What it did not anticipate from the photos online is that the motel section is across the street from the part of the hotel that has the cabins, pool, shuffleboard court, and fire pits. The major downside to that was it was across the street, AND between a small side road and Route 9 so it was VERY noisy and not very relaxing to sit outside on the lovely porch.

Good location, cleanliness, excellent management would love to go back with the rest of the family. Have recommend it to family and friends.

Location was within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Picture on site was deceiving. Suite rooms were very close to the road. Noisy and hotel lighted sign came through thin curtains on front window. We knew towels were not supplied but weren’t expecting not to even get a bar of soap. Office was only open for check in and then was closed so can’t really rate staff.

Clean, friendly, and close to downtown, the beach and all the area attractions. Pool on site was really nice especially since the lake was so cold last week of June.

Fridge and A/C needed to be updated but that was minor. You could see updates being done to many units while staying there. That is a good sign they are keeping things up.

We liked everything about it. It’s located was perfect! The staff was outstanding.

The lady that checked us in was amazing. very friendly and helpful.

The location wasn’t too bad. It was a good 10 to 15 minute walk to the center

The only thing i was disappointed was the fact that when i bkd the room i was going by the pictures of the hotel. In front of the pool. When we got there they told us that iur room was in the other side if the street because those room were more expensive and some were being re carpet. Staff were excellent and very helpful.
