Dieses Haus hat alle neuen Möbel und beinhaltet auch Fernseher, DVD-Spieler, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Fön, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Töpfe und Pfannen, Handtücher und Bettwäsche, zentrale Klimaanlage, Parkplätze und Zugang zum Pool Verbände. This home was extremely welcoming and comfortable. My husband and I, his sister, our two adult daughters and one of their husbands spent a wonderful two weeks here on vacation and pretended this was our real home. Our favorite thing was breakfast on the back patio every morning. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and felt like a little slice of paradise that we got to relax in. the rooms were all spacious and beautifully decorated, and it was really nice having three full bathrooms with showers when we we all trying to get ready at once. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the living room was big and comfy. The location is ideal - easy walk to Duval St, 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Al was easy to reach and very helpful with any details we needed. We loved everything about this place and can't wait to return!

This was our 3rd time in Key West, 1st time taking our family and 1st time staying in s VRBO. And this will be the only way we come down. It was so comfortable and convenient. House was spotless and having the ability to cook was nice and less expensive. Thank you to the Metty family for a great stay.

We wanted a villa a bit more central than we had stayed previously and this was perfect!
The photos of the property do not do this place justice and the yard area at the back is just beautiful, particularly on a night time.
This villa is clearly the family retreat and not only just for rental and so has everything you could possibly need inside it. Also, it has generous basic supplies to start you off. Some rentals are stripped bare and feel soulless but this felt really homely.
The Truman Annex area is just lovely and feels really safe, as Key West is.
I had been concerned the communal pool area would be a bit small and a hassle to get to from the villa but we had no problems getting sun loungers on the occasions we went.
The only area I could see for improvement would be the twin beds, as they are squeaky when anyone moves in them but certainly not enough to stop me wanting to return to the property.
The additional Murphy bed ensured all of the family had comfort and privacy during our stay.
The communication with Al from start to finish was brilliant aswell.

This home had all the comforts that you need for a perfect vacation. It’s within walking distance of a market, great restaurants, and entertainment for those wanting to enjoy the “nightlife.” Yet it’s in a quiet neighborhood where you can sit and relax on the patio or the front porch.

This property has everything you need for a home away from home. It is beautifully decorated, super clean, and has comfortable beds. We liked that everyone in our party had their own bedroom and bathroom. The Truman Annex is the best location to stay in Key West. You are close to Duval and all of the action, but can come back to the quiet and gated community. Al was quick to respond to any questions that came up. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband, myself, and two daughters (ages 16 & 21) stayed at Al's beautiful condo in the Truman Annex. The house was perfect for us. Beautiful, modern, and quiet. We sat and had our coffee every morning on the back patio. Al left us a great list of things to do in the area and we hit many on his list. We skipped renting a car and opted for bikes instead which were perfect to get around Key West. Beach chairs and umbrellas would be a great addition to leave at the house for renters. The beaches rent chairs and umbrellas but they were about $100 for 4 people for the day. Thanks for a great trip!

This was our seventh stay in Key West but our first in Truman Annex. The location was really amazing. Close to everything you want to see and do! The townhouse was perfect. I was really worried about noise from the neighbors but the construction on these was soooo good you heard nothing through the walls!! The townhouse really maximizes space in the floor plan and worked really well for our teenage kids. The kitchen is really well stocked. Very well maintained and I expect that we will stay here again!

Great location! Love the Truman Annex!
Absolutely great place to rent. Spent a week here in November 2021 and we don't think we will stay anywhere else if/when we return to Key West. Truman annex area itself is gorgeous and great for our preteen and teen kids. Al's house was better than expected, and man, the back yard/deck/lanai was outstanding and beautiful (probably my favorite part). Had a small problem with the property that Al alerted us to before we arrived, and it was no big deal at all, but we really appreciated that he reached out several times before our arrival about how he was already handling it- impressed by the professionalism. Short walks to the Ft Zach Taylor state park, and to Duval street, but it was a quiet getaway that was just the ideal location for exploring Key West. Will recommend this property to friends without hesitation.

More than We Expected!
This condominium is very comfortable and welcoming. The décor is tastefully done. The kitchen was well stocked with most anything you could ever need. We didn't end up preparing many meals other than breakfast but we certainly could have. The tropical paradise in the "backyard" was a place we all enjoyed spending time in.
The rent was higher than we are accustomed to but all of the refinements and attention to details made it all worthwhile.

This property is well maintained and has everything you need for your stay. The property is in a great location, just close enough to Duvall but not too close. The neighborhood is well maintained and we enjoyed the outdoor living space. We will stay here again when we return to Key West.
