大人数でしたが広くて快適に過ごせました。

チェックインに時間がかかるので大変でした。チェックアウトは出来てるのか出来てないのかわからず不安でした。

Check in was smooth using a lockbox, downstairs is the laundromat, super convenient to wash and dry your clothes for about 900yen. The apartment is quite spacious, 2 families for 8 stay comfortably.

Steep stairs, might not be convenient for elder people with big luggage.

２泊したが、必要なものは全て揃っており快適に過ごすことができた。ベットルーム2部屋は離れたところにあり、他の部屋が気にならないため良い。 スタッフの方の対応も丁寧だった。

ベットルームＡに常夜灯があるとなお良かった。

It was clean, comfortable for family and value of money..I am very recommended to people for staying at this hotel..

The location was great. It is off the main road on a quiet street, but still close to convenient store and a nice walk to Nagoya Castle. There are posted instructions in each room that made it very easy to use shower, heater, TV, etc... The apartment was clean and had all the towels and linens provided. We really enjoyed our stay. We drove our personal vehicle and there were several 24 hr parking lots very close to the apartment. We parked from Thursday afternoon until Saturday morning for only ¥1000!

The Japanese style beds are harder than I am use to, but the rest of my family found them comfortable and slept well.

We loved the location and layout of the apartment. Two separate sleeping rooms and a living room with a door meant that kids could be up and playing together without waking everyone else. It was clean and management was very responsive to any questions.

We’re really tall people and there was a low wall in the kitchen that we had to duck under a lot. It wouldn’t bother shorter people though. And I didn’t care for the air freshener in the bathroom, but that is just personal preference.

Clean and cozy, great for family or group traveling. It’s a perfect location for commute, dining, shops and great walk to Nagoya Castle and many great locations (within 3km range). Multiple room and light kitchen is a surplus for daily travel and prep some light meal for breakfast and after long day of travel.

The nature of building structure is light, therefore noise canceling from staircase, upper floor can be annoying if you are a shallow sleeper. Narrow Corner staircase may not be best for heavy traveler guest (large luggage), and entrance floor got some soft spot seem to be hallow maybe damage from previous guests. Otherwise all is great.
