The property was perfect. With 4 families and our mom, it was just the right amount of space and we never felt crowded. The owners and property managers were great to deal with. I would definitely stay in the Groovy Mouse house again

This trip was only for a wedding, but with other family members in town and birthdays falling around the same time we made it a family trip. From booking to checking in was a smooth sailing. Lynn was awesome replied to every text messages and phone call. I must say i think this was the best house i have stayed at and that have to do with Lynn. She also surprised us with a cake because upon booking she i told her my cousin 1st birthday was on 7/31, the fact Lynn took the time to have a cake delivered to the house was the most thoughtful and generous act of kindness anyone could have done. Checking out was a breeze. I will stay at this house again as long as its available. Thank you Lynn for being such a great host.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Groovy Mouse House. We were in Orlando for a family reunion and booked this house for our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The pool and property amenities were a plus. Would definitely stay here again…already planning a Girl’s Trip!!

What a lovely vacation and a beautiful home. The kids enjoyed the house so much that they didn’t even want to go to Universal Studios. The home was huge and it was so clean. The host was very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend staying with them

This was our first vacation of this magnitude and we wanted everything to be perfect. Staying at the Groovy Mouse House absolutely made that happen. I cannot say enough good things about this home and its owner. Everything was as described, zero surprises. The house was clean and just beautiful. But I really would love to comment about the owner. She was immediately responsive to all my questions and concerns over the span from reserving to arriving. And she topped it off with sending us a beautiful cake to celebrate the holiday. This was my first VRBO experience and it was a homerun. We HIGHLY recommend this home and this owner. SATISFIED does not even begin to describer our stay. A++++++

We absolutely loved the house! It was the perfect place for our family to stay together and spend time together as well as enjoy the theme parks. I was so impressed by the overall service and communication with the property owner. She even had a delicious cake made and delivered for my sons birthday. We will definitely stay here again.

We rented this house to accommodate our extended family with 4 in their 20's and 3 in their 50's. Our host was a superb communicator and readily answered any questions we had. The house was perfect offering separate bedrooms and bathrooms for all and great space for family meals and pool hang outs in the evenings.

So we went to the Encore waterpark and it was great for all the kids, and adults. The home was beautiful, very well supplied and clean. Nice pool and hot tub…. Add heat this time of year. Jill was so easy to contact and responsive. All in all a great experience. We even had a visit from a bear who apparently likes pizza.

Great house for group of 12!
The house was great! It was just as expected from the listing and had plenty of space for our group of 12 (7 adults, 5 kids). When we got there it didn't appear that the AC was working, as it was 79deg. We called and someone was there in around 30min! They unclogged the outside unit and said because of the size of the house it would take a bit to drop. We checked in at 4 and it was comfortable before bed! The pool and hot tub were great and the kids liked the garage game room. We paid for heat for the pool and it was worth it! The hot tub was nice and hot (especially with the jets on) and the pool was like bathwater. The Waterpark at the main resort was also amazing! We went there most days and our kids had a blast on the water slides. The house is much more private than most in the resort, as it is the last on the street with no houses on one side or behind it. It also has a parking lot across from it which is great if you have more than 2 cars. The only downside is you have to cross a busy street to get to the main part of the resort by the waterslides. We ended up driving as we had young kids. But as I stated, being in this location then allowed for more privacy, so it's just the trade off (and driving to it was no big deal). It is also a close drive to Disney (we did one park day and one Disney Springs evening) and close to Walmart and Publix. Lynn was amazing to work with. She is so responsive and kind. She even sent us a care package of pool toys and snacks. We would definitely recommend this home and working with Lynn, the owner!

King Suites for everyone!
My adult children and their partners felt so spoiled having their own king suite with attached bath to themselves. We LOVED the private pool and spa/hot tub. Paying for the heat was well worth it! The owner Lynn was fantastic; personable and communicative. We were pleasantly surprised by the Encore resort facilities… not just for kids! And the food at the Encore is delicious and fit for foodies. We spent three days visiting the parks and wished we had added more time to our trip to just relax at the house and enjoy the resort. This home was a great choice for the 7 of us!

My family enjoyed our stay at the Groovy House. Very nice inside and out. The location of the home is nice and close to Disney parks. About 11 to 15 minute drive to the Disney parks. Walmart andTarget are about 10 minutes away from the home. There’s plenty of utensils, bowls, plates, and anything else you need for your stay there. There’s also two dishwashers if you have a big family there. The Host was extremely good at contacting me about any questions I had. The response was time was very quick. If I visit Disney again, I would stay here again for sure.

Extended family trip to Disney
We took our kids and both sets of grandparents to Disney. This house is large enough for everyone to have their own space. The pool is awesome and so are all the games available. There is also a water park which is so fun!!The home is conveniently located to Disney, as well as grocery stores, etc.

Impeccable..period!
Beautiful property clean, spacious the owners are phenomenal. It is a walk to the club house across a major roadway. But close to everything else. There were 13 of us and we never had any issues with space. We loved it so much we are already book for a return trip. We never had a need to contact the property manager the owners had thought of everything so I can't rate that one. But I can only expect it would be nothing less than superb!

With that being said, Property Management and Housekeeping definitely have not taken as much pride in this property as the owner. If Property Management had performed a “walk through (through the eyes of a guest) he/she would have noticed that housekeeping was not doing their job! Equally, the housekeeping Contractor and its employees take ZERO pride in their jobs. Again, the owner is Amazing!

The experience started with booking and prompt communication. The host is amazing and was so understanding with the changes we had with our large group.
The house was even more beautiful than the pics and so tastefully decorated and was so comfortable for our group of 16 people with all ages from 2 to 62!
I would HIGHLY recommend this property and look forward to booking again. Thank you for a great stay.

Family time during the pandemic!
Even though we are in a nationwide pandemic my family and I decided to rent this beautiful home and come together for 5 days of fun! 14 of us, 8 adults and 6 children enjoyed every moment... playing family friendly games and swimming in the pool, both day and night!
The owner, Lynn has been very attentive. We look forward to sharing our experience friends and family...

Lynn is one of the BEST property managers I’ve ever dealt with. She was completely understanding and very nice. We had a couple uh oh’s that may have occurs and she made sure that we still enjoyed our stay with a complimentary extended check out. I absolutely loved the location. If there was anything I could change, it’ll be a gate card for residents but other than that ENCORE WAS COMPLETELY AWESOME!!!! thank you ❤️
