The room was very spacious for the price. It is a condominium-type space with two bedrooms, a fridge, and a working water heater. There were also air conditioners in each of the bedrooms. The staff was also very helpful.
The room was not very clean. The restroom had a bit of pee stench when we entered and the toilet and floor was grimy. The floor was dusty and the bed cover in one room had a weird stain on it. There were also no doormats.

It is in a compound with high walls for Good security, Walking distance to Main Street of Talisay. Has a mini mall 500m but close 6 pm.
Cleanliness of the room was very poor. Furniture stained. Kitchenette and window need seriously repairs. Back door area is questionable when it come to security.

No generator. During brown-out customer's will burden room darkness, no water, and inconvenience in sleeping due to No standby power for aircon.

We love how the place has 2 separate bedrooms, a living room and a dining area. Although it would have been better if there was appliances for cooking (stove,etc). Not so much a fan of the bathroom but it was a rather inexpensive stay so cant really ask for much.
