This property is very serene and close to the beach (4 min walk). Area felt safe even at night and staff were extremely helpful as we had some issues with our rental car ( puncture) and needing late check out and we were immediately helped without any issues
Although the suites were comfortable and spacious, certain things like wifi quality and the decor and living area specifically the couch sitting area,could be updated. But overall very very comfortable

Nyumbani is incredibly welcoming, beautifully looked after and excellent value. My family and I have stayed here over the years and it’s consistently lovely.

Perfect location. 2 minute walk to beach. Jambiani is quite quiet which we enjoyed but there are loads of fabulous beach front restaurants. The accommodation was big, comfortable and each bungalow was very private. Staff were so friendly. We will particularly miss listening to the girls singing every morning. Spotlessly clean, fabulously friendly owners. I could go on. An absolute slice of paradise!

The owners were very friendly and nice and the staff too - alway smiling and welcoming.
Liked the place, but the main roads to the area/place - very busy, quite rough from the main road to the villa
From the villa, not eay to walk to the main road as the road was very stoney.
Access to the vila - even by car - roads were very rough. So difficukt for us to go to the shops and do our shopping.
Access to the beach was not easy either - very pebbly esp for two of us, who are 77 years of age.
The description and the photos made us to think that the beach was there right in front of the villa - so I can say that the photos and the description were quite deceptive.

Nah am Strand und dem „Stadtzentrum“, alles zu Fuß erreichbar
