Superb! Facilities are amazing, everything you need for training and recovering. The coaches are so professional and help you improve so much and are so deep into details. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Great facilities and staff were friendly and very helpful. Everything is exceptionally clean and tidy. The food is brilliant and the new museum is great too. We saw Nadal practicing too which was a highlight.

This is the 3rd year in a row where our shower in our room has leaked through the shower door and onto the floor. My Mum also had this issue in her room so it must be happening in all rooms. It’s also very hard to book a tennis court even when you go to the sport desk just after 8am, it would be nice if there were more options and times available. Can you please bring back the allergy labels to the buffet at dinner time. I know there is a TV screen with allergy info but my fiancée (who is allergic to gluten) was constantly having to walk back and forward, and it was much easier with the labels next to the food. Lastly, the hand dryers in all public toilets/bathrooms across the facilities are poor. Everything else is amazing so it seems strange that the hand dryers are so bad.

There’s nothing I don’t like about the facility. My son lives here and I visit regularly.

I wouldn’t stay here. It’s faaaar from Palma and not in the centre of the local town. It’s also very expensive for what you get. If you’re desperate to come here (I think far better places for padel) I would only sign up for the day training and stay somewhere else. Some Rooms overlook RUBBISH BINS
