To be honest, as we drove through the neighboring town(s) to get to the condo, I started to panic. There is an unfortunate high presence of an unhoused population living in tents along the beach, abandoned store fronts, and individuals who appear to be suffering from addiction and/or mental illness. However, once we pulled into the complex and saw the beautiful gem of a beach, and the BEAUTIFUL condo, I was relieved. The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. It had everything we could need (even washer/dryer), and was perfect. Check in was easy, and the instructions were clear. Wifi was better than what we had in the hotel we were in prior. The private little beach (about 1/3 of a mile long) is stunning with a perfect view of the sunset off the wrap around balcony. We had some friends/family join us for a day of beach, body surfing, sun, and grilling on the gas BBQs at the complex and we were in heaven. The condo and beach felt safe and secure. If you want to just relax at a beautiful beach, this place is absolutely perfect. If you are someone who likes to walk around the town and explore by foot, this is probably not a great location for you. It was perfect for us and we even started looking at listings for condos in the complex before we left! Mahalo, Tammy, for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

The place itself was amazing with great view of the sunset past the beach. The place looked modern with plenty of amenities to match. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again.

My family just came back from spending 2 weeks at the Hawaiian Princess and we are already talking about when we can go back. Tammy's place was amazing. Just walking onto the wraparound terrace and seeing the view is an unforgettable experience. You couldn't be any closer to the ocean. We cooked most of our dinners in the fully equipped kitchen and then enjoyed them on the balcony while watching the sunset. The beds were super comfortable and the sounds of the waves put us right to sleep. Tammy was an awesome host and kept in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure we have everything we need. The building is well taken care of and everyone is really nice. We explored Oahu quite a bit but loved coming back to "our" beach, which was basically empty most of the time and one of the best beaches on the island. We watched many turtles and even Manta Rays swim by and enjoyed snorkeling the reef. Thank you Tammy

Overall the stay was great. The ac didnt work in the living room but the owner told us before we arrive about the problem and had a few fan drop off to help. We didnt stay much at the condo so it work out. Couldnt get the tv in the bedroom to work but who need tv when you have a excellent view of the ocean. Overall would love to stay here again.

This little condo was just what we needed gor our honeymoon! We absolutely loved the gorgeous view, and being right on the beach! Thank you Tammy for sharing your place with us!

Aloha! Spent one week here with partner and my 84 year old mother. We had a great week. The unit is clean and quite well stocked, newly remodeled. Tammy, the owner was quick to respond with answers to my questions. The view from the lanai is amazing for morning sunrise and coffee or cocktail sunset hour. Spent many hours here just reading and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool for quick cool downs, especially because the ocean here is a bit too strong for my mom to enter. We drove down the road for her to enter in calmer waters. My only request would be purchase a chaise lounge chair for the lanai and a juicer for the kitchen. We had a lovely time and want to return. Loved the condo and it’s corner location. Fully stocked kitchen. Updated higher toilets. Close to elevator. Dislikes: heavy kitchen plates, plates too tall and heavy for dishwasher. Wooden lawn hair on deck missing. Massage chair on its last leg. Pictures showing what the property was needs updating.

Perfect location with an awesome beach!

Beautiful beach front condo with amazing sunset views. Comfortable beds with 1.5 baths. Kitchen is well supplied with cookware and utensils. Lots of bath and beach towels. Great assortment of beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Washer was working which the owner communicated to us and offered laundry service. We also never got the dishwasher to work.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, we enjoyed the private beach out front and the condo provided basic needs for a stay here. We wish the surrounding neighborhood had more appeal - good restaurants, options as most activities were quite a distance away, etc. but theh condo itself was nice.

The location is fantastic, and views can't be beat. The washer and Dryer wasn't working but we knew that before we left, and Owners did a pickup laundry service for us instead. Very thoughtful and appreciative. We really enjoyed the condo - would definitely stay there again.

The property was great, especially the beach and view. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The sunset view from the balcony was amazing! We really didn't need to go anywhere. Unlike some other beaches, this one was never crowded and we saw 🐢 The security entrances made us feel really safe on the property and the beach. One of the best part was the ability to leave the large sliders open to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. We would book this property again if we went back to Oahu.

The listing for this property is EXACTLY as described. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with the fantastic view of the Pacific Ocean hitting the shoreline right from the lanai! Stunning sunsets each night; what a show! We saw 2 sea turtles swim by right after lunch hour one day. (Best seen when the sun perfectly lights up the sparkling blue water.) Nice kitchen, VERY comfy beds. The area surrounding the Princess is meh, but that really has no effect on this condo. Once you walk in all of that is left behind and forgotten. You will be spoiled with this view and the proximity of the ocean. We’re in a normal resort in Maui now and it feels rather disappointing!!

We were very happy with this property, the sound of the waves hitting the rocks was awesome. The view was great also. The only set back was the large amount of homeless on the drive to the property.
