We could not have asked for more. The scenery was breathtaking and the lanais was a perfect place to eat and have a cup of coffee. The host was very helpful. Peace and quiet! Great location and we would recommend staying here. It’s away from the hustle and bustle but still easy to get anywhere we wanted to go!!

We found the rental unit was very accessible, clean, and communication with the host was excellent. The only drawback is that we were a distance from a lot of the activities that we decided to participate in.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Well appointed kitchen, large lanai and great scenery!

Everything was fantastic! Smoothly arrived/check in. Condo had everything we needed and more. 180 degrees of ocean coastline view. Security was strong. Unit very clean. Bed was smallish but very comfortable. Good pillows too! Highly recommend. Rural area so don’t expect a resort town. Lots of great beaches in the area. Everyone was very friendly in the area.

Great sunsets. Snorkeling right off the beach. Saw sea turtles each day. Room worked well for my 2 teens. Clean and friendly service. Had a small issue initially gaining access to the room due to a broken Keypad for the security gate, but was not an issue after the security guard for the building let us in.

How can you beat those views?! We LOVED our stay in Makaha! The scenery was spectacular, and the place was everything we had hoped for and more. Bobber included all of the extra amenities to make our stay extra comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting in the balcony at night, and hiking up the nearby peak to watch the sunset. Also, a very nice and quite private beach. It was just what we needed after spending a week in Waikiki for a conference. Thank you!!

Waikikilux at the Beath
Fantastic! Picture perfect beach, the condo was GREAT! Very clean, and had absolutely EVERYTHING we could have asked for and more! Bobber was excellent with communicating the check-in process, as well as providing additional details regarding condo info. He also provided a listing of local eateries that we found VERY HELPFUL and were very appreciative of his great customer service! I have already suggested this place to multiple family and friends AND will be returning!

The view of the ocean and sunset from the Lanai was amazing.
Bobber was great with communicating pre trip and during our stay. He reached out to let us know when the weather made entering the water a little risky on day 3 which was very thoughtful.
Easy check in and clear check in instructions and directions.
Well stocked with items that we needed for 2 people, no children.
Ample parking behind gates.
Very clean. No carpet or cloth furniture. The condo is about 75% updated.
The condo property itself is gated so none of the following was on the property itself. The surrounding area has a significant homeless population and all that goes along with it. Oddly enough, you will not see the reality of the area on Google Maps street view. I always check the area on Google Maps before booking a condo but did not see any indication of it.

My husband and I have travelled throughout the US staying at VRBO rentals, and this was one of the most well-equipped places we’ve rented. It’s a great size for a couple or maybe a couple with a small child, and Robert has made the most of the space without it feeling crowded. It’s nicely decorated and has quite a bit of closet and drawer space. Thoughtful touches like a laundry basket, lots of beach gear, all kinds of condiments and spices (not that we cooked), champagne flutes and a pair of scissors (there’s even a hole puncher, which made me chuckle) all made for an easy, relaxing stay. The beach area is wonderful, with few people on it at any given time. The small mountain to the left of the beach provides a cove-like, isolated feel which we loved. We did takeout at Coquito and Restaurant 604 on the beach; both were very good. Robert communicated well and often, which made check-in and checkout smooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay outside of Honolulu in a less crowded part of the island!

we researched which condo to choose once we decided we wanted to stay at the Hawaiian Princess....and we were pleased with our choice, there is a lot to like about this rental...primarily the proximity to a private feeling beach....although there is an access path between the 2 condos, the beach was never crowded and a short elevator ride to the sand....lovely swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding offshore...the condo itself is very comfortable...although the bathroom and kitchen are small, the place feels spacious w a separate dining table in addition to a lovely countertop....the basics were accounted for: good wifi, comfortable bed, good shower pressure and hot water...lots of kitchen amenities, beach chairs/umbrella, and a mishmash of snorkeling gear and water toys...communication, check in process was excellent....a good choice...

As advertised. Beautiful location, nice unit. Lots of extra items in the unit such as spices, coffee, creamery, etc, which was a great touch. Lots of chairs and beach toys for the kids and grownups. Spectacular view and beach. Beach is nice, but large waves, which is good if you are a strong swimmer, if not go down to the public beach just 2 miles down the road where you can swim with the many sea turtles that are here. Nice hike up Lahilahi Point right next to the property, Not for kids or dogs though, as it is quite steep in places. Host did a great job communicating when needed and treated us well.

Lovely property, we enjoyed the beach front condo from the deck and the beach. Appreciate the little additions- beach chairs, umbrella, and floatables. Neighborhood is a little rough but the security at the condo ensures your safety. Bobber is quick to reply to any of your needs. We enjoyed snorkeling in our front yard and daily AM visits from turtles.

The views from this condo was absolutely amazing! You can hear the waves crashing all day and night. We were able to Whale watch from the balcony every morning. Even saw a whale jump out of the water. So cool! The condo has all the amenities you may need. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was so nice to have. Everything was very clean and well planned out. Only thing I would mention is the "couch " is a futon. We were able to sleep 2 on there but it was a tight squeeze. All is worth it for the location. We left so happy and refreshed.

Spring Break from Wisconsin
This was by far the most secluded and private property we’ve stayed at in all our spring break travels and we’ve been to many locations around the US. It was quiet and private. The security and cleanliness of the property was top notch. The private beach was to die for. It doesn’t get any better than this on Oahu. Whale watching in the morning from the lanai, swimming off shore with the turtles and nightly breathtaking sunsets. We will definitely be back! Thank you to Bobber for sharing your phenomenal property!

Plan to return!
This place was better than advertised. The beach is great, never too crowded (though it is covid season), the pool was freezing but lovely and clean. The unit itself was great, I slept on the couch in the living room so I could hear the waves at night. The laundry was handy, plenty of towels, beach towels and beach gear. Scrambling to the top of the hill right next door is a nice activity. My family stayed in the building next door... Definitely not as nice. I plan to return someday to take advantage of some of the nearby activities that were closed.

Fantastic million dollar view and amazing beach!
We loved our 9 day stay at Bobber’s place over Christmas holidays. The west coast of Oahu isn’t as touristy as the rest of the island which we loved. The natural beauty of the mountains and ocean surround you and there are great beaches right outside your door and nearby. We loved our stay and would return again.

Can’t beat the view
We didn’t want to stay in the Overcrowded Waikiki area So we opted for this little gem right on the beach. It was perfect and had just what we needed.

Relaxing
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hawaiian Princess. Bobber was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The sunsets are amazing from the lanai. Saw turtles, walked the beautiful sandy beach many times a day. The pool is small but sufficient as we spent most of our time by the ocean. Beach chairs and umbrella were great to have for our use. Washer and dryer is an added bonus so sure didn’t need to bring all the clothes we packed. Grocery shopping was easy to get to...about 10 minute drive to the Tamura marketplace for anything needed. We went to Costco and target for most other things. Long Drugs is a short walk away and they have a variety of groceries if in a pinch. Little more pricey but not bad at all. We will definitely stay at the Hawaiian Princess again if we return to O’ahu. We came for relaxation and that is what we got! Mahalo

Heavenly
We live on Oahu and came here for a "staycation" for our 30th Anniversary. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The ocean is literally right at your feet, the sunsets inspiring, and the seeing the monk seals during our morning walk was joyful. The unit is equipped with everything you need - we ate 100% of our meals home cooked with groceries we bought. No spices or condiments needed. The other residents and guests were lovely, it was fun talking with them at the barbecue area and hot tub. We will be back!

A hidden gem
I will be honest the surrounding area isn't the greatest but once you arrive at the property it is a hidden little gem. We travel all over the world and all over Hawaii and this is an awesome little getaway spot. The beach is almost private and has pretty decent snorkeling right out front. My wife and I are avid snorkelers and we enjoyed watching the fish, turtles, baby eels, and even an octopus. The room has everything needed you basically just need food. It has beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, soap, shampoo, just about everything. Great little spot

Terrific, secluded beach right outside.
Bobber's place is set up well. It has all the amenities that one needs to enjoy the island. Especially the secluded beach just outside. We enjoyed hopping between the beach and the pool, and then upstairs for a bite to eat. Overall very comfortable.
Communication with Bobber was great, and checking in at 11pm was a breeze.
