El desayuno poca variedad y comida algo falsa

The room was big and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is really spacious with a lot of room for personal objects. The buffet breakfast was nice with very many good options.

The distance from the airport was further than expected.

Nada destacable.

Limpiaban la habitación casa 4 días. No entiendo esa falta de higiene y menos aún con la sal tarifas del hotel.

Location was very good because there were multiple restaurants within walking distance

Shuttle service was poor as we waited almost an hour and ended up taking a Uber instead

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Sauber.Frühstück amerikanisch, aber für uns ausreichend. Hotel bietet einen Flughafen Shuttle an. Diesen haben wir genutzt und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Hotel hat sich um einen Transfer zum Hafen gekümmert 15$ pro Person. Gegenüber ist ein super Restaurant. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

No hay servicio de limpieza diaria. El precio es alto en comparación con la calidad del servicio. Ya no regresare.

El buen estado del hotel en general y la limpieza de las habitaciones.

Cuando algo se terminaba en el desayuno, no lo reponían. El personal es muy apático.

Everythig was good.

Room maintenance. Very clean. One ligh bulb was out at the sink. We could never get the water warm enough to take a shower. So 2 days with 2 people without showers.

Pedi uma tampa para a banheira e o rapaz da recepção disse que não tinha. O rapaz da recepção que nos atendeu no período da tarde sugeriu que eu utilizasse uma toalha para tampar o banheira, Afirmei para o rapaz da recepção que essa solução era estranha por se tratar de um hotel novo.

Fácil acesso do aeroporto, quarto espaçoso e camas confortáveis. Café da manhã básico mas suficiente para uma estádia curta.

Processo de check-in foi demorado, chegamos por volta das 20 horas e o atendente da recepção aparentemente era a única pessoa no hotel, ele precisava parar os atendimentos para atender telefones, buscar toalhas, etc.

This hotel fulfilled our families needs. The transportation pick up at the airport was very timely for a busy Saturday arrival. There were 10 of us and our 5 rooms were very clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the breakfast because there was a nice variety of items to select from. The staff was very professional and friendly. We also liked that Famous Dave's restaurant was across the street! I would definitely stay here again.

Les solicité devolución. De mi dinero. El desayuno fue muy malo, la fruta verde. No había nada para comer. No había agua para tomar ni manager para dar la cara a la inconformidad

Die Ausstattung war schön und ansprechend. Das Hotel war sehr modern. Das Parken war kostenlos. Die Dusche war sehr groß.

Der Teppich im Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten.

No limpian todos los dias, y el dia que nos tocaba no lo hacían, no nos reponian toallas...el desayuno muy repetitivo.

They did not have a charger for an electric vehicle.

Really I could sleep that night

To begin, at the arrival I followed the instructions and to be answer by the receptionist took a long time. About more than 6 times my husband and I calling. When some one answer the phone it was so unprofessional and the waiting time was more than 30 min.

Einweggeschirr und Besteck zum Frühstück. Ein absoluter Downer wie mein Sohn treffenderweise bemerkte. Wie man dann zudem noch behaupten kann, an einen Nachhaltigkeitsprogramm teilzunehmen, ist ein schlechter Scherz.
