When you realize that the receptionist is more sympathetic than the manager you realize you made a wrong choice booking there. The hotel has the 3 stars Marriott standard you expect to find but the manager was just inefficient and not helpful. Literally they refused me to check in despite I had a booking reservation confirmed and she ( the manager ) couldn’t figure out. At breakfast they charge you $5.50 for a cappuccino made with a vendor machine

Location is perfect, 5 min walk to city place where the restaurants, bars, etc are located. I definitely recommend this location for anyone traveling in the Miami and staying in the airport area and Doral.

For the price, breakfast should be included since there are not alot of options on menu. 25 bucks a person for practically nothing is alot.

I don't know if it was a race issue or not. But when he pulled up I said Ac hotel and he said hold on. Then proceeded to load the luggage of a white family on and closed the door and drove off. I heard the man from the family say there was plenty of room left. So we had to wait over an hour for a hotel shuttle. And the room smelled of cigar smoke which I didn't like.
