Perfect location, on the Harbourfront less than 10mn from union station.
Farm boys on the other side of Queen's Quay is available for all groceries needs.
Host is very attentive and answering within a few hours every time.

I rented Matthew’s condo for my parents visiting Canada. They had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this place! It exceeded all our expectations in every way. The photos don't do it justice – it's even better in person. The place was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed with a great lake view. The neighborhood was fantastic, with excellent accessibility to amenities. What made it even more special was the owner, who was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with.
The building was very peaceful and quiet, with great amenities. The hassle-free check-in and check-out process made us feel right at home. We'll definitely book it again if the need arises. This rental deserves a solid 5-star rating without a doubt!

Ideal location within walking distance to Union Station and most of the tourist sites that downtown Toronto has to offer. Amenities were a nice addition to the stay, including gym, swimming pool etc.

My wife and I had a wonderful month's stay in this Toronto "home from home" and really couldn't fault it.
The condo is fully equipped for home catering and is also within easy walking distance of a wide variety of quality restaurants and grocery stores.
The location of this condo is probably its biggest selling point, given its proximity to local attractions such as CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripley's Aquarium and the stunning Lake Ontario. We are also keen soccer fans, so found the short streetcar journey to watch Toronto FC at BMO Field a real bonus.
All in all, this is certainly the best condo we've rented in Toronto and we very much look forward to returning in the near future.

I stayed in Matthew and Winnie's condo for 5 nights in late August 2019 on a business trip. Communication was great before and during the trip, and check-in was well coordinated and easy. The condo was nicely appointed, clean to perfection, and with everything in great working order. It was about a 10 minute walk from Union Station and also a 10 minute walk to the SE entrance of the Metro Convention Centre. (Great restaurants on King Street, about a 20 minute walk.) Thanks so much for everything--I couldn't have asked for a better home base for both work and enjoying Toronto!

The apartment is clean, spacious and as described in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for even an extended stay. Also several restaurant and grocery stores are within walking distance

Close to CN Tower, Rogers Arena, shopping and dining....only thing missing was a Keurig- but still lots of options for coffee close to the condo

We had an excellent stay in this condo. The location is wonderful. Very center and easy to get to lots of places via walking or public transportation. The garage parking space was such a huge bonus because street parking is no fun and costs a LOT. There is a small airport in your view which is SO lovely. You can hear the planes but it's not at all loud or annoying. The balcony is perfect to sit and relax and watch the busyness of the city.
They were unfortunately doing renovations on the whole condo building, which included laying a new floor in the hallways right outside the room, which was a little disruptive. But the new work looks beautiful! And we got an excellent rate, so all-in-all our stay was fantastic.
Oh, and the bed is SO COMFORTABLE!
Just a few FYI's to future renters:
The parking garage is extremely confusing! Be warned!
If you are an avid cooker, bring your own supplies! If you eat clean, bring your own oils. Very easy to find good produce and meats, but quality oils were no where to be found in the city.
There is an iron but no ironing board!

Thank you for providing such a nice condo. It was the perfect size for my wife and I and is in a great location. We had quick access to entertainment and it's close to the UP Express. If we find ourselves in Toronto again we'll definitely look to use your condo again.
