Mosquitos seem to be able to get in the house easily, could not find out from where.

Damp/ dust/mildew all through the property. Property very aged and kitchen poorly equipped. Did not match description. Owner on property unannounced - woke to find him standing outside our bedroom window before 8am on last day, where he proceeded to mow lawns very loudly even though we were meant to have full run of the property until 11am

The House has an exceptional garden that is located in a beautiful scenery. The landlord is incredibly taking care of the garden and his guest via offering fresh fruit now and then.

Before to reach i sent a WhatsApp message confirming that we were arriving around 10 pm the gentleman said you have to pay the late check in and is 15 euro, we reach at 10.03 and we wait for the guy to come and open the door he reached after maybe 3 min he showed us the house and when we finished he said you have to pay for the late check in i said yes i have 50 euro he took them and he said ok good night no i said you have to give me 35 euro back because is 15 euro, than he called his collegue and the he said no is 15 euro until 10 after 10 pm is 30 euro, I said I reach at 10.03, but it's ok just to finish please take 30 and give me 20 back.. He said sorry I don't have i have only 10 euro.. I said ok keep it and you give me back at the check out time, the house is very cold not enough heater all we got sick, you can see and feel that is an house of a grandma That maybe she is not anymore and they are renting. 2 days before to leave we reach at home and the automatic gate was not working, so I called the number on booking and I said please i can't enter i need someone to come, he said yes no problem I will call back in 1 min to see where is my collegue, after 25 min I call back and he said very rude.. You have to wait, yes I said i said but I have to small child, I can't do anything he said, ok thanks, then I found the way how to enter from the garden I enter and I call back to say Im in but the car is outside, he said no problem someone will come in 20 to 40 min, after 3 h (I had dinner with some friends) I called to say sorry what I have to do? I have to wait? I can leave?
