L’emplacement et le calme
Un peu froid

The accommodation is well located near the objectives of interest, in a good safe area, it's clean and has all you need for a nice stay. The parking is a nice bonus but..
A neighbour blocked the gate through which we should get the car out from the parking yard so be aware of this possibility especially if you have a tight program or a plane to catch.
The accommodation needs some repairs and moisture remediation.

"I’m not sure you can find a better value in Matera. It has everything you need and is just a stones throw from the centre. Highly recommended!"
