Wow, what a wonderfully spacious, clean, well decorated and equipped apartment, it definitely exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The host welcomed us personally and shared a lot of information about the apartment and his home town of Matera, recommending various places to eat and how best to explore the old town. We knew that breakfast was included, which in itself was excellent, and the extra provision of beers, waters and milk in the fridge and a lovely home made cake was a really nicce touch and much appreciated. We were able to park outside the apartment free of charge and it was just a 5 minute walk to get to the old town. Would highly recommend
