Everything is perfect about the house and our stay. My own kitchen at home is not as well stocked or equipped as this house.

Stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was a great place for us to relax and get ready before. Was easy to get to and was easy to access

This home is beautiful, with great art, very comfortable beds, throughout, ample household supplies, and a wonderful back yard. I would absolutely stay here, again, should the necessity and/or opportunity ever present itself.

This home is so fabulous! The nicest VRBO I have had the pleasure of staying at. Well stocked with the linens, dinnerware and utensils for our group. The kitchen was wonderful. The outdoor patio was a peaceful retreat with the water features. Great place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. I would highly recommend this home.

Six of us who used to teach together met for a 4 day getaway. The house was perfect for us! Comfortable gathering area, great outdoor space. They even welcomed us with snacks. It was a great stay!

We found this beautiful, well kept, immaculate home in 2019 when we came to our grandson's high school graduation. We returned this year to celebrate his graduation from UNM with his MBA. We have stayed in VRBOs since 2006 in various locations. This home is by far the best! Highly recommend to families as there are yard games plus assorted board games. Backyard is peaceful with gurgling fountains, fire pit and private! Garage available to park a car plus a security gate! You will not go wrong in selecting this home for your next vacation. Very centrally located!

This is such a fantastic property! The photos are so nice but really do not do justice to the space offered. The backyard is a large, beautifully landscaped sanctuary with lots of room and seating for enjoying meals and conversation outside. The kitchen has everything you could imagine needing, and is appointed with some of the best appliances I have ever seen in a VRBO. The beds were wonderful, with crisp linens and comfortable pillows. Robes were provided in each bathroom (what an extremely thoughtful addition!). It was truly as if I was staying with family as all the touches of comfort were provided. Oh! And the welcome basket we received on our arrival was a delight to dig into after a long day of packing and traveling. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. Smiths and Sprouts are both less than a mile away and the neighborhood is very quiet. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with my family as we came together to celebrate my son's graduation!

We loved the house and setting. Everything we needed was at the house and the outdoor area is private and very tranquil. Hosts were also very accommodating.

Easy and prompt communication with hosts as needed. Nice neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Great inside and outside spaces for socializing. Terrific location for city exploration. Grocery nearby. A delightful home allowing plenty of room for guests to socialize and to have some "own" space as well. Thank you!

We used this home for a 4-night family reunion of 9 people. It could have easily accommodated 2-4 more. The house and grounds are as beautiful as the photos depict. Inside, EVERYTHING a guest could want is there: All the essentials you'd expect + a nice NM-food gift basket, extra toiletries, all the spices, oils and condiments you need, ALL the cookware, dishes, glasses, Ziplocs, foil, etc. you'd need to feast around 12+ people. Keurig coffee maker with pods, reg. big coffee pot, French coffee press, extra linens, a closet full of games, nice big TV that worked, and a way to seat everyone at one table, and relax everyone in one living room - easily 12+ people could relax comfortably around the LR table. The home just works really well for a large group who want to eat and socialize together. All of my kids were delighted with the beauty, amenities, comfort, ease of use, best ABQ neighborhood and location, nearby park. It feels like a nice, comfy home vs. some giant, sterile showplace; and yet the beauty can't be beat. Outside the front has a porch swing and the backyard has several very beautiful water fountains the birds enjoyed. Lovely large grass yard and backyard patio area with a gas fire pit. We had a couple of questions and needs and Michelle addressed them very quickly. We got out of the house a few minutes late - make sure if you have a large party you start packing up early, moving linens, trash, food, cleaning dishes (it's a large home). Excellent Experience!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We are doing work in town and instead of staying in hotels we have rented this house and it has everything to make being away from our families more enjoyable. The Owners have been so nice and easy to work with even when we have left something behind they went out of their way to mail it to us. I would recommend this property to everyone.

This house is great - it has plenty of space and had everything anyone could ever need. We have never stayed at a house that is so well equipped. They have thought of everything one could possibly need and it is very organized. The bed was very comfortable. Great house.

The morning side home is a fabulous place to stay in Albuquerque. We loved the kitchen, loved the backyard, loved the bed, and loved the shower. The home is walking distance to tons of restaurants and stores. Can’t wait to go back👍👍👍

Perfect place for my groomsmen and I. Slept all 10 of us very easily and the location is fantastic!

All the amenities provided including welcome basket. Outdoor games for kids, great backyard visiting area with fire pit. Secure garage and gated area for vehicles. Kitchen was well stocked.

This was our second visit to this property and it is still outstanding! The hosts are wonderful, the house is very well maintained and appointed, there are many amenities, and the backyard is amazing. The kitchen is the best I have ever seen in a rental property. Our group was excited to come back to Albuquerque when they found out that this property was available again.

The extra ammenties put a wonderful house over the top to be the best I gave her stayed at! The back yard fountains, food ammenties and everything a person needs for comfort of home. The best ever!

The property was larger than it seemed. Very enjoyable back yard. We enjoyed making s’mores. There was a grill to use. We liked how there were more than one bed in a couple rooms for flexibility. Owner communicated well. We would stay here again. We had all ages.

It had every kitchen pan, utensil, and appliance you could need, lots of dishes and glasses (we never ran out), a high-end range, and even a “junk drawer” for those other items. There was so much room in the house that the 7 adults were never in each other’s way. The backyard with 6 water fountains was extraordinarily calm and peaceful. We are so very glad we stayed here.

The beds were incredibly comfortable. One of the people in my party wanted to take the couch with us because it was so inviting. But we couldn't figure out how to get it on the airplane :). The backyard was more than we could ask for. We sat outside each evening and just enjoyed the scenery. You can tell that John and Michelle want you to have a relaxing stay. I've had a chance to stay at many vacation rentals around the country and this one was easy to put at the top of my list.
