Everything was exceptional from handover to leaving, Raul and Ester could not have been more helpful great villa great facilities perfect for a family holiday it was our first Christmas away from home and it was wonderful

Nothing really Its about a ten min walk downhill to the main area but after meal and drinks get a taxi home more a reflection on us than where we were staying and taxi are very cheap and in supply all the time

Lovely villa with great outdoor space and more than adequate facilities for our stay. Great pool maintenance

Property needs to upgrade AC to cover all rooms. I missed in the advert that only two rooms had AC so my own fault but the sitting room and one of the bedrooms was quite uncomfortable due to lack of AC which would really improve the property. Additional fans were provided on request so very thankful for that.

- The pool was nice and warm & couple noodles & 1 rubber ring (only cleaned once during stay, was told twice) - Kitchen was well equipped (supplied washing up liquid/cloths, dish tabs, beer & water in fridge - Showers were good (toilet paper supplied) - Laundry set up good (washing machine, supply your own detergent) - TV good - English channels available - The weather

- Bitten from bed bugs in main bedroom. Stripped bed after bites appeared on feet and legs, revealed stained/hair over mattress protector, stripped this off and revealed lots of bed bugs - have taken photographs and immediatey reported this to Raul who apologised and arranged for the cleaner to hoover & spray mattress. I washed all the bed linen myself, did not sleep well after this discovery for the rest of the stay. - Cockroaches - came through under the door in kitchen and lounge and around pool of night - Air conditioning was metered and only available in two rooms (they were in credit by 70 euros - 1 euro per hour - not enough in my opinion for a week when hot - you can top this up yourself) Does not mention this in write up. - The photo's of the villa are out of date, so a few surprises when we arrived - you cannot park directly through the gate it is broken - street parking only, not much shaded area - no canopy over sunbeds. Asked for parasol but was told it was too windy - and people come for the sun - it's good to have some shade especially with children. - Distance to the main strip is about 10-12min walk down a hill, so not great if you have any mobility issues. Have stayed in nicer villas for the price we paid. - Take mosquito spray & plugs with you. - Would not return back.

The Villa was clean and bright with a/c. It had everything we required as a family and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Location was great.

Beautiful Villa, very private. Very clean and quiet most of the time. Less than a 10 min walk to the supermarkets. We had a lovely relaxing week 😁

The kitchen could of had more utensils for cooking i.e., chopping board.
