Exceptional apartment in a great location in the old town. Alfonso was very helpful before arriving and during our stay. Loved his dog Trini too. The apartment is fabulous, very quirky and super cute. It had everything you could possibly need. It has a lovely small balcony overlooking the square where we had breakfast. Smart TV with you tube, netflixs etc. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the main shopping and restaurant streets and the front promenade. This was our first time in Estapona and loved it there. Its not your typical Spanish holiday resort. There are no big package hotels and its all very understated as far as tourists are concerned. Lovely long promenade. A nice shopping and restaurant street one street back from the front. The old town is spectacular, lots of shops and restaurants and beautiful. We went up the viewing platform on the front which is free where you get great views. We also visited the Orchid House - 3 euros entry fee A nice place to look round. Also visited the bull ring. From the outside it looked closed and derelict but it is still a working bull ring. We walked round the outside and found the entrance to the museum which has a lot of exhibits, not just bull fighting stuff but dinosaurs, old tractors, furniture, all sorts. A good place to visit if you have a rainy day. Nice market on Sundays slightly out of town but apparently there is also one on Wednesdays near the front and bullring. Nice marina which lots of restaurants and bars. There were also boat trips from there although we didnt go on any as we were there only for a short time. Overall we were very impressed with Estapona and will return at some stage. One thing not many buses from airport to Estapona - only one every 3 hours so have to wait around at the airport for a couple of hours and the same when you return to the airport . You could get a bus to Marbella as these seem more frequent and then get a taxi rest of way

It is worth mentioning that there are a lot of stairs at this property both to get into property and once inside the apartment as it is set over various levels. You need to be quite mobile and able to manage stairs. But it was nice to have the space. Other than that there is nothing to dislike.

fabulous quirky little apartment in centre of old town Estepona. excellent host, spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfy bed and linen, lovely little balcony with view to plaza ( we were lucky to get to view a wonderful performance from a local orchestra of movie themes —- from the balcony—free!!!)

This property is amazing and we liked everything about it! Location was perfect- few blocks from the beach in the heart of the old town. Apartment was so cozy and comfortable that we felt like at home. The host was very friendly and helped us to resolve all our inquiries.

Nice area, close to the center. Great small apartment, serves well a couple. Alfonso is a great host.
