Front desk Staff, rental management communication and problem solving, location and the space/layout in the room were all excellent.

The building in general seems tired and a bit too rustic..bordering on shabby.

The resort and skiing were fabulous. The condo was also very clean and the Murphy bed with the extra bathroom was also great.

Trash collection was poor. Supposed to be removed M,W,F between 10-12 and not to be left in the hallway. They didn't collect on either M or W but did finally show up at 3pm on Friday. By that time we had left the trash with a kind owner neighbor who were able to leave their trash in the hallway.

Bed was very comfortable! Very nice place.

Service at Chet’s bar was poor.

No hot water for two night even outside about 2 degree
