Im not a fan of Tiny balconies if you can even call them a balcony

Location of the condo and the lobby facilities.

No laundry!

The location was great. The condo unit was large, the bed linens were good and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking

The smoke alarm in the facility went off 4 of the 7 mornings we were there. They were false alarms, but it needs fixed! Also, the bathrooms need vanities with counters and storage. Finally, the bathroom amenities like towels, soap, shampoo, lotion (none) and toilet paper were very cheap. Upgrading them and adding one room cleaning mid-week would have improved our stay tremendously

Breakfast was not complimentary.

NO laundry service available for people in the condo's at this location. The closes laundry mat was over 1 hr in Bozeman. There are 10 marijuana dispensaries but no laundry mat in Big Sky.

The place was nice overall. Plenty of room and had everything we needed.

It was not as convenient to park so far away and walk up a large hill then up four flights of stairs. The gate code changed on us which the first time Vacasa helped us after calling multiple times. The 2nd time, a Good Samaritan helped us who was behind us in line to get through the gate. That was truly frustrating since we were never notified about a new gate code. There should also be 2 room keys. If you want to go to the gym or pool, you have to take your card with you which is what runs the heat/ac. That way if someone stays behind, they do not have to sweat or freeze to death until that person gets back.

The views are amazing. The Condo is excellent with lots of space and beautifully decorated. It was on the 5th floor and very quiet. I'm from South Africa we have beautiful lodges but this Condo compares with the best. Highly recommend.

The views are stunning in the morning when the sun rises. The Condo is equipped with everything and clean. It's on the 5th floor and very quiet.

Everything was great nice pool and hot tub, workout facility, the view from the room.
