We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect. We were all comfortable in the condo. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The condo had everything we needed. The heated pool was perfect since the ocean was a little cold to swim for my husband and I but that didn’t stop my kids. The grounds we’re lovely and the staff was amazing. Great communication. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back!

This condo had everything you could need for a weekend or a week. It was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. The view was fantastic. The owner was responsive to our needs, which were few. I gave just four stars to the check in procedure because the guy that checked us in was very difficult to understand ... but he was very nice and seemed competent at his job.

Had a great stay for an off season get away. Location was fantastic at the south end of SPI. Less crowded. Condo had everything we needed. Views can’t be beat. I think the complex is a little older but it is very well maintained and our unit was still nice and up to date. Would absolutely stay here again. And the price was fantastic for the location. We came for beach so we weren’t in the unit too much. It was vey quiet.

Great location with convenience to the beach. Was nice to have things like paper products and extra beach supplies. Property could use a good cleaning and the patio door did break on our first evening. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo for the perfect girls trip! Best appointed condo I’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location, property maintenance excellent, nice comfortable enjoyable place to be.

We had such a great time at this condo! The view was gorgeous to wake up to, we really enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. It was fully stocked, even included beach towels and boards! We loved this place, book it and you won't be disappointed!

Ed and his family’s place is located 100 steps from the beach head and has a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf. We were looking for somewhere where we could hear the waves crashing at night and this condo fit the bill. Plenty of space, very well stocked, and comfortable furniture. Although we didn’t need to get in touch with Ed, I am confident he would’ve been responsive if an issue arose.
We’ll definitely look to this condo on our next trip to SPI.
Dolphin Watch and Nic’s Mahi are walking distance and I’d recommend both.

We booked the Sea Vista condo for 2 nights, which was all that was available. We definitely want to book a longer stay when we return to South Padre. The condo offers plenty of towels and a well stocked pantry. The view is amazing! The ocean is steps away from this property and near the best places to eat. A few things to keep in mind; Sea Vista sits next door to the Holiday Inn, which has a nightclub. You can hear the music in the evenings and during the day on the weekends. We didn’t mind the fun and lively environment. It ends at a decent time and we did enjoy quiet late nights on the balcony. You can hear the ocean from the master bedroom all night. Also, there are plenty of beach towels and chairs. Even a small cooler that comes in handy when you want to go back out for a quick evening on the beach. However, make sure to bring your umbrellas. There are 2 swimming pools that were never crowded. The private beach area was the best part. If you go to Padre on a weekend it is quite packed! We can’t wait to return.

We had such a wonderful family vacation staying at Sea Vista. This room had a perfect location on the 4th floor and was immaculately clean. Million dollar views and the condo was completely stocked with everything you would need. Slept great on the bed which is huge for me. Will definitely be back!

The view out the windows was spectacular! We watched the sun rise and enjoyed the view of the water and the soothing sounds of surf throughout the day.
The kitchen and basics are well stocked and the furniture was comfortable.
The property owner was good to work with when we had to adjust our arrival day and allowed us to extend the stay on the other end of the trip.

This condo unit was very nice, clean, well maintained + comfortable. The view is great which looks out over the gulf. The pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts are in perfect condition. The office / security staff are very friendly + always available to help. I would re-book here on my next visit. Thanks to Ed + Cathy for allowing us to use your condo.

We're a family of looking for a long weekend at the start of spring break. This condo was perfect and great location. I've stayed in many condos and this condo had everything you need from beach chairs, beach towels, and so many things you normally have to bring. I'll definitely stay here again!

Ed (unit owner) was excellent to work with as he communicated an issue with an impending elevator outage that was out of his control & he called me directly to offer a refund if we wanted. As it turned out the outage was resolved by the time we checked in & everything was working as usual.
The property itself is BEAUTIFUL!!! The view from this unit is breathtaking (east looking sunrises) & the unit had everything we could've needed. I highly recommend staying at this unit & will return here next time I vacation to South Padre Island. The only negative was that we didn't book this unit for a longer period of time.

This was a great location for me and my granddaughter. It was ready for us to enjoy our trip. I liked the fact it was gated. The pool area was clean. The only thing I would change, was the feather throw cushions. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Pantry had more basic cooking supplies than any other place we've stayed. The views were spectacular of the sunrises (and we were there at full moon to see it rise also). There was not a long walk to the beach. Lobby had carts for our luggage and an elevator. The bedrooms are spacious and each bathroom had hair dryer and hair iron. Towels were plush and bedding soft. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again!
