Alli was one of the best hosts with whom I've ever interacted. She was so proactive in communicating, offering suggestions, and even providing food at check in. Secure property with some updates (new washer/dryer and tile floors). Cathy, the property manager was also wonderful and extremely helpful, providing activity suggestions for our stay. When we had problems both Alli and Cathy were immediate in their response and even bought our family a wonderful Puerto Rican lunch - complete with Pina Coladas!

I REALLY want to give a good review but can't. Pillowcases were stained, the kitchen backsplash was dirty, there wasn't hot water in the kitchen sink (had a faulty faucet - we had to get creative), and the dishwasher was broken. The master bathroom toilet required 5 minutes between flushes and the window required a prop to stay open. You can certainly tell it is an older place with drawers that are broken, fixtures that are old, blinds that are stained, and dishes which need replacing. We were so disappointed because of the extremely high reviews. They tout the complex as being family friendly but the upstairs neighbors had loud sex with the windows open (while I'm on the balcony with my two younger sons) and then someone puked out the window while we were sitting there the next morning. Disgusting.
