This place was a great place to stay very clean great views of the ocean and very peaceful. The place was lovely and the location was breathtaking. We loved our stay here for 6 nights. Definitely will go again!

We had the most amazing stay in Renato and Teresa's Villa. The property had absolutely stunning views from every spot. It was perfectly clean and decorated so darling. I wanted to come home and decorate just like they did. The place was everything we could ask for and even more than we thought to ask. The kitchen had everything we could need, including non-essentials. The bed was uber-comfortable. It had an AC that kept us super comfy. The couch was comfortable as well. It made me feel at home but like a "resort-home"! The bathroom was large and spacious and the shower was huge. Teresa even included a special spa bath soap and shampoo that were handmade and felt like silk on our body and hair. Another bonus was that we were provided a golf cart to use the entire stay. It was awesome and so fun. It was easy to park and we loved it. The outside patio had comfortable seating and a bbq if we wanted. It even had a hammock. We could not recommend this property more if we tried. There is nothing I would change. It was just perfect in every way! And we got the added bonus of getting to meet Renato and Teresa as they were in town when we came. They checked in on us and even got us into some local restaurants. They are well loved on the island and now we understand why. If we ever ever come back to Grand Turks, we will only stay here. Thank you Renato and Teresa. We felt so cared for and pampered at your place. You are exceptional hosts and we will never forget you!

We had a wonderful time and the place was perfect. Host was very accommodating and the location was just right. Really enjoyed the patio and the use of the golf cart.

We can’t say enough good things about the accommodations, the hosts and the island. Everything and everyone was wonderful. We had a great time at multiple beaches, each offering its own unique experience. If quite and seclusion are your top priorities then this island and accommodation will exceed your expectations. If you desire more action and people you can easily visit the cruise port and join in the festivities, it’s worth a look. The host recommended several restaurants and all were as described and we enjoyed the different food and experiences at each location. The island is a friendly laid back location that we definitely will be returning to meet our new found friends, both hosts as well as locals, part timers and fellow tourists. Our first visit but definitely not our last. Thanks again to our hosts Theresa and Renalto for opening their house and making it a home.

The property was amazing. A perfect spot for a beach getaway off the beaten path. We would walk the beach every morning with the house buddy, Boo. He was an awesome companion. Then we could take the golf cart up the street to get coffee and breakfast before we buzzed over to the other side of the island to snorkel and swim. We preferred the breeze on the eastern shore as it was perfect for sleeping with the windows open. No A/C needed all week! We would definitely stay here again

I recently stayed at The Villa Kaya Suite and had an amazing experience. The view was spectacular and it was very quiet and peaceful. The host was so friendly and helpful, and the beach was just a few steps from the door. The suite was very clean and modern in design, making it a great place to stay. There were grocery stores and restaurants near by and the golf cart provided made it easy to get back and forth. Highly recommend!

My husband and I just got back from a two week stay in Villa Kaya Orange. It was wonderful! We enjoyed the view of the ocean right out the back door. We sat on the back patio a lot, and went down to the beach a couple of times. We were able to swim in the ocean there one day when it was calm, the second time was more rough, but we still enjoyed it. The only thing we could ask for is more shade on the patio (like an umbrella or an awning added) as the sun is hot, but there’s a very good wind helps keep you cool, especially after the sun gets behind the house and casts shade. (And the wind may be why there is no umbrella). We lucked out and had the place to ourselves, there was only another couple in the suite next door for two days after we arrived, and we only saw them a couple of times. You just mainly hear the wind and the waves. We travel a lot and rent houses and normally have to rent a car, so it was nice having the golf cart included. We were able to go all over the island, and it’s not a big island so doesn’t take long at all. There are other pretty beaches on the Caribbean side to visit and lots of places to eat all over the island. The people are very friendly too. The hosts were excellent with communication and very helpful. Their friend Kristen greeted us and was a great help when we had trouble with the internet, which was not the owner’s fault and for us is not a necessity just helpful, but after several days it was up and running. If we ever come back to Grand Turk we will definitely stay there again!

We stayed at Villa Kaya for our honeymoon and LOVED it. The property was exactly as expected and the owners were amazing! They made sure we had everything we needed and made recommendations for fishing charters and places to eat. Very clean, had everything we needed and had breathtaking views. Relaxed and so worth the trip! Highly recommend.

Our entire experience was perfect! Hosts were extremely responsive to any questions and helped arrange taxi rides to and from airport. Villa Kaya was the perfect sized space for the two of us , we missed our own dogs so having Boo and Nina greet us was such a great treat each day! The view is spectacular , I made sure to watch the sunrise every morning with my cup of coffee in hand m ! Having the golf cart was essential to us getting around the island and exploring the great reefs and special secluded areas of the island! We are ready to book our next trip and return !

We absolutely loved being on The island of Grand Turk. We really enjoyed this property. It had great views and was pretty private. The property is on the east side of the island which means the beach is not the best to swim but it is absolutely gorgeous and you get to see the sunrise! We liked the fact that we were not in the most touristy area for our stay. With the provided golf cart we alerted able to zoom around all over the island very easily and try out many beach spots for snorkeling and swimming and exploring the island. We didn’t want to leave!!!

We felt safer in Grand Turk than we do at home in Philadelphia. They are taking the virus very seriously. Although it's stressful to obtain the TCI Travel Authorization Form, it's well worth it. Although there is beach access via a long set of steps and ramps, the beach was not usable due to the piles of rotting vegetation that covered it. The bedding was awful. The sheets would not stay on the bed due to the slick mattress cover, and we had the same ones for 10 days. WE adjusted to being without beach access and learned to like the 5 o clock wine hour on the steps.

My boyfriend and I celebrated his birthday in Grand Turks and stayed at Teresa and Renatos villa. The place was clean and super cute with their decorations. Great communication and quick responses from the owners. Upon checkin we were even met with a bottle of champagne to celebrate his birthday. The golf cart was a nice perk fo take us around the town. Will definitely be back

We had an incredible time staying at Villa Kaya, the view is unbeatable! The villa is so charming and comfortable. We Loved taking the golf cart all over the island to go to different areas for snorkeling, swimming, beach combing, watching the sunset and to eat. Teresa and Renato were very easy to communicate with and helped us many times! Thank you for an amazing place! We will Be back for sure.

All I have to say about this place is.....WOW! It is amazing for many reasons. First of all, super clean, I felt like I was the first person to ever stay here. It's also extremely stylish and modern and just felt great. The TV is connected to Roku so fire up your Netflix! And then of course, the view. This house has an amazing walkway to the edge of the cliff and then a wood, wrap around staircase down to a secluded beach that goes up the coast. I didn't see a single person the entire time I was there. And just sitting at the top of the steps in the chairs that are there....amazing. I couldn't recommend this place more, I didn't see anything else like it! And the owners were super thoughtful and responsive, thanks to them for an amazing stay! :)

Very accurate description of the property. I knew EXACTLY what I was getting (minus the bikes). It was a PERFECT setting for what I went there to do...which was unplug and regroup. The fact that there is a golf cart was amazing. Minus the rain (and who can control THAT?) it couldn't have been any better.I will probably go there again!!❤️

The property was excellent and included EVERYTHING we needed for a great stay. I would describe it as clean, comfortable and bright, perfect for couple. The location was great and the included golf cart and bikes were all we needed to get around the island. The communication with the hosts was smooth and they were incredibly knowledgeable about the island. I would highly recommend this property!

Absolutely splendid! By far the best place we stayed in TCI! Very clean & comfortable! Golf cart was so much fun! The beach & ocean views were stunning! We really loved Grand Turk & Villa Kaya!! We hope to be back some day soon!

The stay was perfect... the view was magnificent! The house was 5 star! The golf cart was incredible!

Please, do yourself a favor and stop searching for places to stay on Grand Turk. You have found the one by landing on Villa Kaya. My husband, his parents, and I rented the yellow (king bed studio) and orange (queen bedroom) villas for our stay and are literally homesick for them one day removed. Therese and Ronato made the booking process and our stay so exceptionally lovely. They helped arrange transportation to/from the airport, met all communication quickly, professionally, and compassionately, and put so much love and thought into their villas. The view afforded by the villa is one to end all ocean views. The ocean breeze immediately escorts your troubles and worries away. My father-in-law, who has two artificial knees and an artificial hip, was able to navigate the stairs to the almost-private beach. The wind was flipped for the first half of our stay, permitting swimming right at ‘our’ beach; during the second half of our stay, the wind returned to normal and made for very comfortable beach reading/walking weather (and lower visibility swimming). Inside the super clean (how there was no salty or sandy feeling right on the Atlantic coast is beyond me- bravo!), bright and cheery villas, we unanimously had some of the best sleep of our lives. They truly look and feel brand new. A/C or open windows will permit the easy achievement of the perfect sleeping climate. We utilized the available French presses to make coffee and other kitchen appliances/utensils to make breakfasts and dinners. Therese and Ronato seemingly thought of everything, including but not limited to: Q-tips, cooler, 2 gallons of potable water, extra books to read, kitchen supplies to make almost anything, shampoo and body wash that smell phenomenal, beach towels and chairs, and (!!!) a golf cart for each villa. There is a little informational booklet put together by Therese and Ronato that spells out everything and anything you will need to know for your stay. There is Wifi that is better than our internet at home in the US and a Roku TV, as well. My husband and I try to take a scuba diving trip to a new place annually (talk to Kristin or Henry at Blue Water Divers!). Our stay at Villa Kaya on Grand Turk, however, has likely put an end to this trend. We felt so pampered and comfortable. The island almost immediately enveloped us. Grand Turk is a true crown in the Atlantic and Villa Kaya is an absolute jewel. Thank you, T&R!

We loved the property....pristine condition with all the amenities one could want. The golf cart and bicycles were fabulous for this island. Walks on the beach at our doorstep and sweeping water views of this uncrowded side of the island made for the perfect three day Turks and Caicos experience. We felt very at home.
