Nice place had a good stay. Neighborhood was nice and beach was close. The only problem was the ac was broken while I was there. The owner took action asap but the ac guys could not fix the problem. The owner was reasonable with us on giving a refund for our time there.

Nice cottage with short walk to the beach. Nice fenced backyard to walk pets, appreciated use of a beach wagon, and enjoyed playing ping-pong. A/C, washer & dryer worked great. Only draw-back was the hard-as-rock mattresses, TV connections, and long drive. Daughter actually preferred sleeping on the coach vs bed. All-in-all a good time with family at the beach. Next time we'll find one with a shorter drive. Thanks, Kenneth

This is my second time staying in this house, and it did not disappoint at all. The house is very comfortable and incredibly clean. The location is fantastic, Although it’s not on the beach, it is very short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend booking your next Florida vacation here.

We had a short walk to the beach. You can catch a trolley from the main road to Johns Pass and Madera Beach if you do not want to walk. The accommodations were very clean and had all that we needed. It was a great trip.

This is a nice house in a great location that is a 5 min walk to a non-crowded spot on the beach. The location and amenities at this house really set it apart. They supply just about everything a family could want for a beach vacation - beach chairs in a cart ready to pull to the beach, ample beach towels, games, ping-pong, and little things like salt and pepper. This is not a new house so don’t expect that going in but it is a nice place that is good for a family looking to enjoy the beach. Restaurants a short drive or 15-20 min walk.

The house was lovely and large enough. It was clean and ready for our arrival. We were staying a month. However, it was the little things that were annoying. The kitchen lacked cooking utensils, all the pots and pans were badly marred Teflon, there were only two cereal bowls. The bath towels were old and ragged, and the linen closet looked like someone had thrown everything in there years ago and closed the door. The closet in one bedroom was not wide enough to close the doors when clothing was hung, and only a few hangars. The fenced in backyard was large, but a mess. Every time we went in and out, we tracked in leaves and dirt. There was no broom to sweep up the mess. Last, each TV ran on a different method - one smart, one ROKU, cable, and who knows. No instructions on how to utilize them. We did contact our Host, and she responded immediately. The house is conveniently located for anywhere you want to go, but if you are in any way mobility challenged, you will have to drive to another beach, as only residents with tags can park in the lot at Reddington Beach.

Very clean house with a great backyard and plenty of room for 2 couples. The kitchen was well stocked and the open floor plan was perfect when cooking and eating at the house. We found multiple fantastic places to eat within walking distance. The walk to the beach is very manageable. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!!

We spent the weekend for a Mother/Daughter trip and it was great! The inside is super cozy and love the decor. We played with the putting green, ping pong table, and corn hole boards. We walked to the beach with no problem. Neighbors were all friendly. Liz was super accommodating and friendly! Would love to go back in the future.

This house is so cute and well kept, plenty of room for lots of people, and the beach isn't even 5 minutes away. Really great restaurants nearby too. Wish we had planned on more than just one full beach day, we really loved it here

The area is great, the house very cozy, clean has everytjthong that everyone may need for a getaway weekend.. close to the beach..not at the beach but very close... very nice backyard .. not complaints at all... recommended .

We were moving to Florida and our dogs were exhausted from being in a leash in a strange place. This house was set up perfectly for them to roam and be comfortable while we waited for our closing. The owner was very helpful when Elsa moved in.

This property was absolutely what my family and I could ask for and more. As soon as we walked in we noticed how clean the inside was, especially since dogs are allowed. If we were not out and about on the town or at the beach, we were relaxing with a good game of ping-pong or one of the many board games that were available. We will definitely use this property again if available for our future beach vacations. I highly recommend it.
