It was great location, just a short walk to most places. Plenty of bars and food around.

The clothes dryer didn't seem to work, it would heat and then turn off, it took a full day to dry half a load. The bed was very squeaky, closest to the wardrobe and head of the bed. We couldn't determine what it was.

The location ,the views were great. Comfortable bed.

The indoor heated pool was too cool.

There had been a spill in the room which we were told about. Although the carpet and furniture that had been affected by the spill had been clean, there was still the ‘spill’ up the wall, door and architraves. It looked awful

Dirty carpets The sheets were not replaced, apart from having quite a large stain, the bed and pillows were full of long dark hair this was also noticeable in the bathroom and shower...

Overall is good and it can be better if tissue box is provided

Clean and spacious Responsive host

The views were amazing, which was the prime reason for the stay, so my wife could enjoy the city views from on high on her birthday. It got an immediate “Wow!” so mission accomplished. The bed was very comfortable and the other furnishings were excellent for taking in those views. We had excellent instructions provided from the room provider, it was clean and had everything you could want for an overnighter or even a few weeks stay. Bonus was the fireworks at the Gabba and on the river. There were many nearby restaurants and coffee shops and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Blackfire restaurant only a couple of minutes walk from the foyer.

Only one small hiccup. The AC was set to return to 28 deg C after 60 mins of running. Fortunately I worked this out quickly before we went to bed, and I reset the control to disable that feature. The internal temp of high rise buildings can be quite high, which was evident in the hallway outside the room, and a night spent sweating at 28 before resetting the temp each hour would have completely spoiled our stay. My wife is suffering hot flushes with her menopause so all travel is predicated on ensuring she gets adequate sleep at a comfortable temperature. If this is the intent of the provider it should be reconsidered, please. It could just as likely been a previous room occupier as well, trying to be clever, so I would not expect it to be the norm but worth remembering if you choose to stay. The set temp was never actually achieved, with the lowest recorded temp being 24 deg C which was quite comfortable. Perhaps time for an AC service though.
