Der Ausblick und größtenteils die Ausstattung, der einfache Check-in und Check-out, sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Crew per Email. Die Hausregeln werden sehr gut befolgt, also keine Partys etc, Rauchen verboten ... man kann sich wirklich gut erholen, ohne von anderen Gästen gestört zu werden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Vom Flughafen kann man ruhig mit dem UP Express fahren, es sind 3 Stationen und ca. 25min und kommt an der Union Station an. Dann sind es noch nicht mehr als 10min zu Fuss bis zur Unterkunft. Ausstattung: WLAN, Netflix, Küche mit Spüler, Mikrowelle, Herd, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen und -brett, Staubsauger, im Bad mit großzügiger Dusche und Föhn.

Ich empfand die Klimaanlage, trotz reduzierter Lüftung etwas laut bzw. störend. Jedoch zum Vergleich mit dem Deckenventilator im Bad, welcher sich permanent sehr laut drehte, kein Vergleich. Die Vormieter hinterließen leider unsauberes Geschirr und Besteck. Die Deckenbeleuchtung im Schlafzimmer und teils im Essbereich war defekt, konnte ich aber unkompliziert dem Hausmeister-Team melden.

No me gustó que la llave no estuviera en los Lockers que están ahí mismo.

Departamento completo con absolutamente todo lo que precisás. Cocina completa, utensilios aceptables, baño excelente, espacioso y una vista formidable de Toronto. Edificio moderno. Gimnasio a disposición que por supuesto no usé porque estaba de vacaciones!!! Pileta también pero estaba cerrada por fuera de temporada. Todo casi perfecto. La ubicación está muy bien pero no es óptima. De todas formas nos gusta caminar y estás a pocas cuadras de todo.

La única contra fue que no es tan sencillo ubicar las llaves. Si bien las indicaciones son claras debés prestar bastante atención porque te mareás un poco. La gente de recepción no tiene nada que ver con quien te alquila. Toda la comunicación es via booking y contestan bastante rápido.

- Got asked way too many documents after completing the booking. Passport, driver licenses, even a selfie + 200$ security deposit on a separate invoice. - very Inconvenient check in process. Had to walk a few blocks away in to a grocery store and then find a lock attached on the wall and get the key there (???). When I finally got the key, I had to go up in the appartment in order to pick up the garage key, which wastes time and was frustrating. The whole check-in "system" looks like a "hack" that might be convenient for the owner, but it doesnt look professional, without much care for the guest experience. - Garage instructions provided were incorrect, which made me waste more time. - Google Drive instructions document sometimes wouldn't load so I couldn't find the wifi password when I needed it again. - Balcony was dirty + some fake grass astro turf was laying there but didnt even fit properly. It really showed that zero care has been thought into that. - Shower floor wasn't very clean - listing showed sauna/hot tub facilities, but no clear instructions were provided on how to access it. When I messaged Globalstay they suggested to ask the building reception to see if its available. I think this should be clear in the description if its something that is offered or not + instructions.

Die Anleitung zum Self Check in war unzureichend. Es hat eine Stunde gedauert, bis wir nach der Ankunft endlich in dem Apartment waren. Es war nicht so sauber, wie man es von einer Unterkunft erwarten könnte. Die Waschmaschine müffelt und die Matratzen sind durchgelegen.

Horrible customer service. They ignored my texts and phone calls. Defrauded me of extra deposit amounts and key fees that were never disclosed and required me to pay before they gave me check in instructions. Only gave us one key for four people. So, if your group is not together, good luck getting in. No door handles on the bedroom doors, so we had to prop our door to stay closed. Outside windows were cracked and dangerous. The dishwasher smelled like a dead body and if you opened it, the entire place reeked. They only left 1 small roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 4 people. The condo smelled like bug spray. I'm disputing this stay with my credit card company.

Didn’t like the communication from the tenant on how to get the key for the room. The link wouldn’t open and only after I was able to show front desk a picture of the room number was I able to get in touch with the owner to get directions to the key. Which was a fair walk away. All in all instead of checking in at 4 it was closer to 6 with no concern from owner. The place was clean to the eye but once we pulled out the sofa bed you could see it was not cleaned under it for while. Womens toiletry was found as well not the bottom but top of the stick if you know what I mean.

We stayed two nights and loved the location which is 5'ish min away from the CN tower and convenient to everything else in the area. The night views from the condo were spectacular. My daughter loved the place so much that she asked for us to return some day.

Nothing to do with the condo itself, but parking can be a little bit expensive. We paid $60 to park our car for two days (48h) on 4 Blue Jay Street, which is a few blocks away from the condo.

WORST property I have ever stayed in. First of all the apartment you book is not the apartment given. There were missing kitchen equipment. The dishwasher did not work. The apartment is infested with bed BUGS! Do not expect any help from Globalstay… there response to bed bugs was telling me to go to the hospital. I had to pay a deposit of $500 as my stay was for a month which I did not get all back due to “extra cleaning” even though I had left the apartment in a good state. Truly save yourself the trouble and do not stay with Globalstays!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM They will charge you 200$ extra as a collateral, and you have to transfer or else you do not get the check-in informations. Then they said that we lost something that we did not even pick up (the remote for the garage) and charged us 170$ from Paypal. Even if you try to call them or email them they will not help you and will still loose your money. It's a scam and you should run from this company.

It was clean

The kitchen was poorly equipped to cook meals Getting the key and access to the apartment felt like a scam and it stressed me out. There are people at the front desk of the building. It would have been nice if it were like a hotel where I could show them my ID and deposit $200 rather than take a photo of my ID and selfie with it.

It was the perfect location to go to the all game. The apt was very comfortable. It was perfect.

When we first arrived our keys were not there for us to pick up.

The property was exactly as advertised. Great location and nice facilities in the building. There are enough towels and toilet paper. The balcony has a great view. The pool is nice and does not have too many people.

GLOBALSTAY, the property owners/managers, literally robbed us. They claimed that we damaged items in the property which we did not. We tried being the best guests by taking pictures of the wholes in the doors and broken windows as soon as we arrived and sent it to them. Yet, they found other minors damages we didn't even notice during our stay to make bogus claims (dirty towel, burn mark on a decorative blanket). They also claimed we left the place dirty although we cleaned up after ourselves and followed the check out instructions. So they refused to reimburse us the 200$ deposit. We contested the refusal multiple times, called them (impossible to reach anyone with decision-making power), went through Booking dot com and it was impossible to get our 200$ back. GLOBALSTAY made a quick buck on us and refused to even listen to our explanations regarding why we did not cause these damages. It's a shame because everything else was great about the property (ok the beds were maybe a little uncomfortable). So book this property at your own risk, as it seems that they don't pull this fast one on everyone (by the looks of the other reviews). All in all, even if you are the best guest, your stay might end up costing you 200$ more than you thought. BE CAREFUL: THIEFS.

Can’t beat the location. Great outdoor pool area

Apartment we had could definitely use an update. I’ve stayed in other apartments in the same building and they were much nicer

-Great location right next to CN Tower. Downtown Toronto and Harbourfront are close by as well -With the exception of towels, everything else in the unit was clean

-Key collection is in a separate building, and took a long time because it was raining and there were road blockages -Large cracks in two of the window panes are a safety concern, especially if you are travelling with children -Towels were old and smelly -$200 deposit is required and collected through e-transfer/PayPal (I received full refund of deposit 4 days after my stay, so there are no problems there but I initially felt uneasy about having to transfer money through PayPal)

It was a good location and the condo was nice

The furniture was very uncomfortable, the pull out bed was terrible. The balcony was filthy. The elevators were so slow. We waited 35 minutes for an elevator on Sunday.
