Its location and the historical building
There was nothing that we didn’t like

Wery good location to get around Rome from. Close to the subway. Franca, the reseptionist, was a fantastic hostess. She greeted us and gave us advice for our stay and things to do and see in Rome, with such warmth! Thank you very much, Franca.

Great location within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants and cafes. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
There is no sign outside the building. Make sure you ask the accomodation how to access the building from the street before you arrive.

The location was great. only3-5 minutes walk to major tourist attractions. the place was clean and quite. Staff was nice.
There is big issues with hot water for shower. The stream of the hot water are extremely small, slow, inconsistent when we take a shower. I suspect it is the hot water system issue as sometimes it has hot water and sometimes it does not, which is kind of frustrated because after all day walking, you just want a hot shower to relieve the tiredness.
