Location.

My room was not clean. The floor felt dirty and sticky. There were stains throughout the room as well as an odor. I was on the first floor and kept hearing loud noise from other guests coming into the hotel between midnight and 2 am.

We liked location and the overall appearance of the hotel. The room was a good size. Breakfast was good-sausage and eggs-always a plus with me. Very clean lobby, halls, etc.

The cleanliness of the sleeper sofa. There were white stains of some kind all over the cushions and ottoman leaving to the imagination as to what it was. I know it's pet-friendly so chalked it up to dog slobber. Was lots of dust and pet dander under the sofa where the trundle bed was. Daughter sneezed so much trying to sleep on it near the floor so we ended up just pushing it back under there.

ESPN was not available for NCAA football opening week. Door to bathroom let's light onto beds so those asleep feel like lights are on in bedroom. Beds too soft.

The room was very nice and clean. The room was very nice and spacious and I loved how big the bathroom was. We had plenty of room to move around and the hotel was in a great location. Very clean room.

The mattress was uncomfortable. My husband and I are used to a more firm mattress and we did not sleep well and our backs hurt us.
