The location and entire apartment was spacious and clean.

My reservation stated it would be one king bed and one wuyen. There was two queen beds instead.

Everything was Amazing.

The air conditioner.. too cold in the bedroom needs extra blankets.

The facility was nice and clean. The owners supplied hand soap, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, shampoo/conditioner, plenty of towels and wash clothes and linen. Perfect location (walking distance to everything).

I didn't really like the terrace, other than that the stay was great.

window shades were not room darkening/blackout and got way too bright early in the morning. game room was unusable (sound system and tv didn’t work, pool table was missing a ball, pool cues were all broken)

The condo is well equipped & near to key sights, places of interest & public transport. When I raised a query with the owner re absence of bedding for the sofabed, he and also housekeeping positively responded which was appreciated.

The lack of soundproofing. While we experienced no noise from within the building, there was pretty much continuous traffic noise from the street which was more noticeable at night. Also we discovered we were near to a medical facility which resulted in frequent noise from loud emergency vehicle sirens. While we appreciate cities are busy, we would expect double glazed windows or similar to lessen the impact. Communication between us, yourselves, Hosteeva etc could have been better. I had advised in advance that we were 3 friends & planned to use the sofabed so it was disappointing not to have linens for the sofabed for the first night. The owner, John, swiftly resolved this the following morning as we had no local housekeeping contact. When the housekeeping lady called in, she was very helpful but clearly had been unaware of our previous request. While there were some left luggage lockers, they were too small for international travellers with larger bags, so we had to find another left luggage facility. Some larger lockers would be ideal.

I would stay here every single time I visit NOLA!! Perfect location to every single thing & 10 min walk to bourbon street! Car was able to stay in parking garage the entire time! Penthouse was very clean & very nice!

The elevators were a little slow but other than that there was nothing to dislike!

property was easy to find, apartments were super clean. very spacious.

parking situation was not the best but we were aware before booking. Sink and toilet in penthouse was slow to drain/flush but after contacting maintenance, it was fixed and worked fine. would love a tv in the master bedroom.

The location is within walking distance to the French Quater.

The carpet was filthy, the sheets were torn, everything was old and run down, it was dark and dingy, curtains broken, the list of issues is long. The place needs a full renovation.

Location & cleanliness

The restroom with the shower didn’t have a shower door or curtain. So all the water would get in the floor & cause a safety issue (slippery). The TV in the living room was coming disconnected from Wi-Fi & messing up a lot. We couldn’t watch TV, Netflix, or Hulu.

My stay was awesome. The location was awesome

The room with the king bed could be more comfortable. Also it could have a tv in that room as well

It was very spacious and clean and walking distance to bourbon street

The ice maker didn’t work so we had no where to get ice and the beds were really hard
