The apartment is clean and VERY spacious, the host (Peter) was kind and friendly. Peter offered to come and fix a broken shower within 24 hours, very responsive. The kitchen had all the expected utensils and appliances, plus extras that some other places don't offer (washing machine and stools for drying clothes). 4 private rooms, (each of them with a table, desk, closet and clothes hanger), in addition to the main living space. The area is very quiet and the back porch with private picnic table is excellent for relaxation. Two showers and two private toilets ensure that there is never a long queue to use them - this was great. The apartment is a bit far from public transport, 10-15 minute walk along streets, part-way without a sidewalk, so we had to walk on the street - not so easy when you return from the city after a long day. Of course, this is not in Peter's control :-) The explanation how to get to the apartment were not exactly clear, it took some time to discover that the entrance is from the back, via the parking lot next to the building. Perhaps Peter could explain this matter better in the welcome message. One of the two showers does not have privacy to dress/undress, so it is not very useful if you have a mixed party. Perhaps Peter can add a curtain or door for improved privacy. Only one towel is offered per bed. If you stay multiple days the towels might not have enough time to dry; I would suggest to offer 2 towels for each person. When we arrived, there was only one key in the lockbox, so we could not split our party when we went outside; I would suggest to put 2 keys in the lockbox for such cases. There are 4 private sleeping rooms with 2 single beds in each room; it would be nice if at least one of the rooms had a double bed for use by a couple. Also, the rooms have private key locks but it was not explained in the instructions how the locks work (we tried to understand and failed) - a simple explanation in the welcome page would solve this problem. There is no safe in the apartment for storing passports, laptops, and valuables when the visitors are outside the apartment during the day. Safes are not usual in such apartments, so it's not surprising, but adding a safe would be a big benefit.

The whole group was able to stay together. There were plenty of showers (three in total) so everyone could get ready easily.

Property was clean, beds were comfortable, showers and toilets were great. Great supply of coffee machine. Peter was very kind and welcoming and gave plenty of fantastic information to help our stay. Great supply of fans.

No fresh ventilation, I believe the lowest temperature the apartment got was 30 degrees which made sleeping almost impossible, this made it feel like the price we paid was unfair as we couldn’t enjoy our stay as much with such a severe lack of sleep and feeling of unwellness in the heat this was the only bad part of the apartment stay and hope it gets fixed soon. Once this is fixed though I would recommend everytime to anyone else.

good for a group of people. 10-15 mins to the city centre so not too bad.

beds were a bit uncomfortable and the duvets were itchy. We were told there would be 3 sofa beds in the living room and there wasn’t even 1 sofa bed.

Amazing apartment for our large group of 12 people! Very comfy beds, large bathroom with multiple showers and 2 toilets. Kitchen / lounge was set up well so we could do large dinners together. Very grateful to the hosts for such an easy apartment for us!
