Really loved the spaciousness and location. The 100 year old elevator was awesome

the host Paolo is very helpful and efficient

This apartment was very nice! The rooms were extra large and could fit far more than our family of seven. The air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room worked very well. The clothes washer was convenient as were all the kitchen amenities. Paolo was fantastic -providing us a good overview of the apartment and recommendations for places to visit/eat and how to get there. A quick 15 min walk from the.Trevii Fountain, 20 min walk from the Colosseum, and 9 min walk from the metro station made this apartments location perfect for our vacation. Paolo even met us for checkout. This was a really great apartment. We loved it.

It appeared that there was some mold growing in one of the bathrooms. This could have been the way the room was painted and we blew it off initially, but two of our group (one of whom has allergic reactions to mold) started not feeling well (respiratory). The area of concern was in the shower area with little ventilation. Again, it could have been the way the room was painted, but it did not appear so and the otherwise unexplained breathing issues made us think otherwise.

Big space and excellent location right next to the train station Roma Termini. Equipped with all furnitures that allows guests to feel like being at home.

Cleanliness, amenities, convenience to shops, restaurants, etc. and close to major Roman attractions. Host was very helpful. Apartment was well equipped and the layout was great. Though we were only there 2 nights it would be easy to spend a week here. Great location. Walk to train station. Very comfortable and spacious. We were a family of 9, large range of age variation.

The Value of the stay

They need to change the sheets and the mattress very uncomfortable. Give complementary tea and coffee put soap in the bathrooms. Be cordial with people renting their place.

Great location! Close to all the sites, so you can walk everywhere. Paolo was very nice & attentive to all our needs. He even had snacks & wine waiting for us at the apartment which was so nice. He recommended a wonderful restaurant on the next block which we decided to dine at 4 times during our stay. Delicious gelato place right across the street from the apartment. The elevator in the apartment building was a great bonus. Safe area even late at night.

The living room & the 3rd bedroom with all twin beds needs updating. The kitchen & living room area upon arrival needed some more cleaning to be done which we did with Clorox wipes but otherwise a nice stay.
