I would stay again if I needed a really cheap place as Price was good and Location is excellent, note- there is no lift and my not suit those with mobility issues. Bathroom dirty, just buy a bottle of spray disinfectant :) we actually extended our stay as we liked Kuching. From this location you can easily walk to both local and western food, supermarket, money changer, malls and the waterfront, We felt safe in Kuching.

The bathroom could of been cleaner, but for the money we paid that was the only real disappointment.

Location and the "cheap price" is why I rated this stay as a 7.

Location is good, close to the city centre with a very nice street full of shops and restaurants nearby.

The place is very much run down due to bad maintenance. My doorknob was almost completely loose, lots of water damage in the room on walls, floor and ceiling and still some mold on the walls. The bathroom is not very clean and also has lots of mold. Towels were old, one was worn off to the threats (see through). Cleaning only happens if you ask for it. Walls seem to be pretty thin cause I could hear my neighbors talk in their room. Not a very comfortable place to stay for me

Easy to get food, near travel spots. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The building looks quite old unlike the picture in the apps, and some grab drivers got confused as there’s another OYO chain nearby

The room is very dirty with hairs on the bed and the heater does not function

the staff was really really really nice! and location was just perfect! the rooms are really simple but you have everything you need.

Easy and fast check-in. The room looked as advertised and was clean. Good bed. The shower and AC worked well. The location was fine for us, easy to walk to the city center.

Extremely strong mold smell in our room, hardly bearable when entering the room. I never experienced that in another hotel (and I really traveled a lot in my life). Therefore, we wouldn't stay here again and can't recommend the hotel. The entrance area and staircase were not very clean (in the room ok). Minor: There are several other Oyo places very close, so make sure you go to the right one.

Small but nice room. Excellent Wi-Fi. Well located, just a short walk from restaurants, attractions or bus stop to Bako. Very attentive staff as well
