Good location not far away from Las Setas Clean, check in was quick and nice had everything we needed in terms of furniture

Extreme poor isolation, every time one of the neighbors moved we woke up thinking the movement was inside our appartement. it’s located on the ground floor so you will hear people on the street

Central location, very close to Las Setas. The apartment felt homey and comfortable. The staff was also prompt in answering questions and greeted us upon check in.

- The location is amazing - walking distance to everything, and an exceptional coffee shop (Syra coffee) a few doors over! - The apartment was clean a nicely decorated. - The host was great, I booked it at the last minute and the place was ready within 2-3 hours. - The wifi worked great - which made it easy to work from the apartment.

- This is very much a Spanish thing, but there were no windows in the living room/kitchen - at least not ones that would allow for natural light, as they were colored in. Traveling to work and sitting at a desk for a couple of hours a day was not made easy as it felt like midnight with the bright lights on during the day. Had I known, I probably would have thought twice about it. - I would have appreciated instructions to work the AC - it could have been me, but it took me a good day to figure out how to turn it completely off and not be freezing. (coming from a country where AC is rarely needed) - The noise - I didn't know it would be a ground-floor apartment, and the walls really were so thin I could hear the dogs peeing outside. It was a relatively quiet street as the shops and bars closed by midnight, which gave me a couple of hours of uninterrupted sleep, but if people were talking outside the bedroom window (closed), it felt as if there was no wall at all. I realize fixing these issues would require major work on the apartment, but it did affect my stay and had I known, I would have booked something else or not book this for a work trip, but a party trip.

The property is really a trouble, one of their ACs continued leaking throughout our stay for 3 days- this is a known problem which the property owner will not agree. The continuous irritating noise of the leaking water from AC and very poor noise insulation (just a door) from the neighbors ensured that we can hear everything they spoke. We barely used 1 bedroom, our stay here was really a nightmare. BEWARE!!!!

Apartment was very clean, received a warm welcome, they also did some shopping and got us coffee since we arrived late and couldn’t buy anything.

price was 10 times more than any other 2 night stay due to the football being on which was a little dissapointing but we needed somewhere to stay

Great location! Huge place and clean. Staff stayed in contact all the time and were amazing - Gloria was really friendly and helpful. Recomend staying there as its a quiet street just off a very busy square. Great place to eat only 20 secs walk away as well:)
