Perfection!!! This condo is exactly as described. You cannot beat the location of the condo to the action of Playa and the location of the condo to the pool. Just steps from the comfort of your own home and drinks is the pool. The deck was under construction so the access to the beach was a little off for safety, but just sneak under the construction tape and there was a seaweed- less beach! Seaweed was my worst fear as I have done a ton of research and the climate has wreaked havoc with seaweed but I did not see a bit of it in sight!
The beds and pillows were comfort and I’m pretty picky. We cooked breakfast and used the fridge for beverages that was so convenient for beers by the pool just steps away.
The host as so nice communicating beforehand and helping to arrange transportation. I have zero complaints with this propert and would definitely come back!!!

I’ve stayed several times and anyone that comes thinks this place is amazing! Great location, very clean and cozy. You feel very secure and comfortable. Will definitely go again!!

My wife and I could not have asked for a better experience. This was our first time staying off-resort and this will now be the only way we vacation. No where else can you be any closer to a beautiful beach, pool and way too many restaurants to have to have to choose from. The condo was very well kept, very clean, and supplied. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning.

This place was a great location and quiet. Enjoyed steps to the beach or pool anytime. All the amenities needed and a peaceful beach area compared to other areas. I would recommend this place anytime, very convenient. If you need anything, they are very attentive. Cannot say enough good things about our vacation here.

The Condo is just as advertised. Very clean and just a few steps from being in the water or the ocean. The AC works very well! Graham was easy to communicate with and even helped us with booking transportation to and from the airport! The location was great for us, walking distance from lots of restaurants, shops and the ferry as well!

Great condo! Everything you need is in the condo. The location is great as it is walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, clubs/bars, etc. The pool at this complex is top class and we have stayed at all inclusive hotels, condos, hotels, etc. Graham the owner is full of info and very helpful! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo! We will be back.

Everything was as expected. Graham arranged for transportation which made it one last thing to worry about. The pool was absolutely fabulous and the downstairs location of the condo made it easy to get a refreshing drink or snack. The air conditioning worked fantastic, and the kitchen had all the amenities that were needed. Beach towels and pool umbrella were provided. Unfortunately, the beach has seaweed so the condo has a great view of the beach, but Playa del Carmen seems to have lost a lot of the beach over the years so laying in the sand was not an option. Regardless, we had a wonderful time and a great view. The condo was situated in the heart of the city, so you had lots of places to choose from for food. I would recommend Iliol for seafood, El fogón for Mexican tacos, and Ambasciata de Italia for the best breakfast. We will definitely be back for another getaway.

This is our second time to stay at this unit and the condo has the best of everything. Location; access to ocean, pool, massage tent, restaurants, shops and other points of interest. The condo is roomy and the large enclosed porch is one of the best features to enjoy it all. Even though we had a couple of issues, the owner was quick to respond and resolve. The property management and staff are outstanding and ready to meet your needs. Will stay again!

Better than expected
We were so happy with our experience. Check in was easy, staff and security nice to be around. Faro is central location 1 block from 5ta Avenida and on the beach. Room was perfect on first floor near massage tables. Don't need stairway or elevator to get back to your room from pool area. So convenient. Room was very clean. Management does a great job. Walk out to beautiful, well kept, well secured, pool & beach. Walk the other way & there's the 5th Ave Playa's become known for. The reservation & communication was seemless, met Jesus Louis at receptionist around 9pm because our flight was delayed, got our key cards, bracelets and walked us to our condo, showed us around. I really gotta hand it to the staff around there...TOP NOTCH! Very kind, thoughtful & professional. Tip them well, the deserve every bit of it. Will retrieve a lounger, umbrella, table in no time flat. Back to condo, very clean kitchen, clean showers, washer, dryer, nicely decorated patio. Must've just gotten new mattresses because they were perfection! Like firm little clouds.

We run in to trouble in the beginning, but quickly resolved by the staff and the property owner. The property is very well kept, the apartment is all we expected, no need for nothing else just enjoy the awesome pool and view, We had a great time. Sargassum is awful but nothing anybody can do about nature.

Great Experience and Excellent Location
We intentionally chose this property because of it's proximity to the beach, pool, and restaurants. It lived up to our expectations and more. Any time we were at the beach/Pool we were just right outside our back patio! Super easy access to drinks, bathroom and snacks. We chose not to go to an all- inclusive because we wanted to eat at a variety of local restaurants and not be tied to the 4 to 6 restaurants located in the resort. Our plan worked out beautifully. With hundreds of choices within a .5 mile radius, we ate like kings and never at the same location. In addition we were able to get groceries for drinks snacks and some breakfast items at the Walmart just down the street. The unit itself perfect. It slept our family of 5 perfectly with plenty of room. it was clean, well maintained convenient. Graham was beyond easy to work with and really quick to respond to my questions. He was super helpful and even arranged for our shuttle to and from the condo.

Best place on the beach
Beautiful upscale very well taken care of property. Despite big loud crowds further down the beach, our place was quiet and had plenty of space around the pools and beachfront for lounge chairs. Massage on pool deck was Devine and great price! So glad I picked this place! Alex and Jose-Louis were extremely helpful at checkin with road construction issues all around we had to park up the street but Jose took me right up to the parking garage and then hauled our luggage down the street. We were able to move the car into the secure underground parking later that night when construction work ended and get it out the morning we left before construction began. Unlike the states you must return your room key cards when you check out or else pay a fee...luckily we had left ours in the room..a reminder of that would be important at checkin. No dish soap in our room and during our short 3 night stay we never got maid service, despite having a tip out? But that was ok the front desk was very helpful and I will stay here again!!!

This condo was great. Had everything we needed. Great location. Right outside the pool and a few steps from the beach. Nice and clean. Great communications with the owner. Offered suggestions for ground transfers. Overall an excellent experience. Can't wait to go back.
