tutto super

Spiaggia e piscine bellissimi.
Struttura con architettura un po' demodé e che a volte necessiterebbe di qualche ristrutturazione.

- food was very nice
- kind staff
- good location near clifs
- parking
- high humidity bed smell in room
- old facilities
- disgusting bathroom (dirty curtains, bath and toilet)

O restaurante e a alimentação eram corretos.

We liked the location, the beach, the pools, food, and service were great, a bit old-fashioned rooms but is like going back to the 90s or 80s 🕺
The activities available are awesome.
The staff is so friendly and kind!
We want to go back...
Again, the old fashioned rooms... the fact that coffee is not included is so odd, but we were informed about it, so it was not a surprise.
We could hear the music out loud from our room. It didn't disturb us, but if you are sensitive, better ask for a room far away from the night shows.
4.0
The fact that it is close to the beach. The manager to j to consideration my concerns and did all he could to help my our stay much better.
The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. The beach was nice and clean.
They say 4 Star but the place lacked in basic facilities, no tea, coffee or kettle in room, no iron or ironing board and for all inclusive there were no free bottled water in the room or given at the bar.
They had two types of All-inclusive and we sold full board on booking .com. When we got there they gave us a blue wrist band which was for soft all inclusive.
However with soft all inclusive you get cheap soft drinks and water from a dispenser machine with small plastic cups. The juices from the machine are very sweet.
If you want proper drinks you have to spend money at the bar.
The food in main restaurant is very limited, we were at least expecting proper Italian pasta and pizza. The pasta tasted plain and lacked in flavour and I tried it on 3 occasions and it tasted abit hard which means it wasn’t cooked long enough.
Most of the time when we got the pizza in the main restaurant the cheese was falling off because the staff are rushing to meet demand that the centre of the pizza is not cooked long enough.
The food in general is not cooked with love, the grilled chicken is only grilled with Salt and no seasoning. It’s ok if you don’t like spice or seasoning.
The chips in the snack bar is often too salty and again limited menu. The hotel is isolated from any shops and restaurants that your forced to eat there is you don’t have a car to drive to town.
The nighttime music is suppose to stop at 12am or midnight during the week but it goes on past 12am. Saturday night was even worse it was on and off from 11:30pm till 1:45am and then your left with screaming children and shouting Adults.
If you plan to stay here request a room on the side that doesn’t face the entertainment.
The entertainment is catered for Italians there is no English speaking entertainment and the music is mainly in Italian too.
I think the hotel is overpriced for the facilities and services.

Beautiful location. Lovely beach and scenery. Good choice of food.
Good sized rooms, with comfortable beds.
3.0
Friendly staff, clean rooms, every day cleaning service, direct access to the beach, free parking spots, good wifi in the entire hotel, decent gym
AC didn’t work (we tried to solve it but it seemed like they just wanted to cut costs), the same buffet on breakfast every single day, lunch and dinner with small differences but basically on repeat, very few vegetables, during our holidays hotel organised disinfection and made mistake in communication to guests so we had to sleep two nights in a row with closed windows without AC…, very uncomfortable bed (extremely soft mattress), pillows. As a result we had back pain after whole week, lack of mini bar at the room.
8.0
Fabulous location set up in a forest area. You can spot deer everywhere. View from balcony was absolutely stunning. Rooms were spacious and spotless.
Beach was at a stone’s throw away from our room. Lots of deck chairs and parasols were available.
Snacks options were fab at the tavern, kids loved it.
Super friendly staff
Lots of food options for non vegetarians , seafood was fab
Kids club was good
Clean swimming pools
Vegetarian food option could have been better. Food items were not named correctly on some occasions.
There was no kettle in the rooms for tea and coffee. Coffee machine was available only during breakfast. Rest of time you will have to buy from the bar although we had taken full board option. Evening entertainment could have been better. It was catered only for italian audience. Iron was not available. Staff was fab however would have been great if they could communicate a bit in English. There were not a lot of activities at the beach. Beach area could have been made interesting and enjoyable by playing some music atleast.

location of complex is excellent if you have own transport as taxi is expensive if you want to visit alghero or other local amenities & beautiful beaches / surroundings (there is a local bus but times are limited) - great venue for families as facilities / entertainment for children and young adults are ideal - food is always fantastic ! .. great beach and pools. One of reasons I go back here is that they have baths rather than showers in rooms
this is the 4th time I have stayed here and unfortunately each of last 3 times the room has not come up to expectations - particularly when I requested a specific location and found at checkin that my request had been ignored - especially when I often go towards end of season when there is likely to be a high level of room availability
In days of COVID there is a major problem with guests constantly filling their water bottles from the drinks dispenser in the restaurant DESPITE large notices saying this is forbidden .... there is a need to install vending machines throughout the hotel selling bottled water as only other option is to buy from the bar (where bar staff appear pre-occupied)
7.0
No water station in the gym or means to get fresh water other than the purchase of bottles

The private beach! And close proximity of the facilities
None of the entertainment in the evenings was catered for English speaking. My kids didn’t want to do any of the entrainment.
Also the swimming pool with all the sand in the bottom was not nice.
But we enjoyed it.
It was just those two things.
4.0
The beach is nice. The staff is very nice and hardworking.
There is a big problem with the quality of the food and beverages served. I never in my life expected food to be frozen and reheated. I only stayed for 2 night but had it been for more I would have left. The only thing worth eating are the pizzas. Anything else is bad quality. It’s not even the cooking itself, the staff seemed super helpful and hardworking but there’s only so much one can do with the worst quality of food. The beverages were disgusting just pure sugar. In the end I had to pay for a proper coffee and orange juice to feel like I was not drinking rotten honey. The water is salty so I ended buying water bottles as well. It’s very sad cause the hotel has a lot of potential but I would not go back after the food and the quality of the bed, towels, amenities or anything else that needed more quality. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel and definitely not worth the price I paid

everything excellent- location, beach,
beautiful garden with deers. Food was delicious
and amazing animation team.
early breakfast was very poor -
2 cookies and 1 bottle of water.

proximity to the beach
the pool was filthy, food was only average and staff were not very friendly

perfect location. beautiful and clean private beach.
happy with room cleaning. food is okey.
rooms are basic. Bed isn’t comfortable at all.
hallway carpet smells like wet dog. no one assist us to
the room. and it was quite complicated at first to find the
room on our own.

First room we were given had a view of the rooftop of the restaurant and was dark and gloomy.
After complaining we were upgraded to a family room, which was lovey, but it's air conditioning got worse and worse as the week went on and we eventually moved out 2 nights earlier than planned, to a cooler hotel room.
8.0
We spent 5 days here with our 2 children (5 and 3 years old) and they absolutely loved it. The surrounding area of the hotel is beautiful. Our family room was nice, but with a family of 4 and beds made up, there was not as much room to move around. However, it worked for what we needed as we spent most of the day outside. The pool areas was great and we were able to get sunbeds even at 10:30 in the morning. We would spend the afternoon at the beach, with sand that gently sloped into the water (albeit some stones here and there), but overall was great for the kids to play in the sand and for us adults to swim. The restaurant was good and always had booster seats available and the food was pretty varied and of good quality- note the pizza was incredible! The animation team did a great job at the kids disco at night, a big favorite for our kids. The hotel also has a resident deer and fawn that walks around throughout the day!
We had to stay an extra night as our flight home got cancelled. Initially during our stay we were put in a room that was closer to the tennis courts and kids play area, which was very peaceful and quiet and away from the noise of the evening events. However, our last night where we had to change rooms, we were put in a room that was facing the animation area and it was incredibly loud and disruptive when we wanted to get to sleep. If you want to be able to get to sleep easily at night, I would recommend asking for a room in one of the 2 wings of the hotel that is furthest away from the animation area.

no to old
no. English speaking

Great location in the park, wonderful beach with lots of sun beds available at any time. The food was ok, the selection is however quite limited, but fine for a stay of 3 days. No crowds in the restaurant, and a lot of table were available at any time. The staff is very nice - they really tried to help even though only a few could speak English. There is a big entertainment program in the hotel, but all is in Italian. Our children however enjoyed a disco, it was a lot of fun.
Two things were really disappointing: 1) Extreme use of one-time plastic, like plastic glasses at the breakfast, on the beach etc, plastic spoons for ice cream. This is really below the environmental standards in 2022. 2) Too loud music/ entertainment until 12 o’clock at night. Family rooms are facing the pool area where the party with loud music and dance is on until the midnight. That was very disturbing.

The location, on the beach, was great. Food was good albeit a little monotonous after 6 days on full board.
Very poor at 4*, probably more like a 3*. No free pool towels @ a beach resort, charging €5 per towel per day and €10 deposit each. No water in the rooms and the bar areas give espresso cup sized drinks. The beds are not great and toilet paper is disgusting.Taxis are a rip off @ £40 each way into Alghero, a 15 min drive. Staff donot speak English and French as quoted, other than the ladies at reception.

- Breach and sea,
- Mediterranean cuisine.
We made the booking before the hotel re-opened in the summer of 2021 after the apperent break since 2019. At the time of our booking it still had a very good score; the score collapsed after several negative feedbacks from Jul 2021 on.
- The hotel refused to help us with the airport transfer - they wrote that the Olbia airport is very close and we can easily catch the taxi there. In fact, the airpot turned out to be ca. 150 km away from the hotel. We had to wait for 45 min until we could get the taxi; it was already dark outside. We had to pay a higher price, as “there are enough clients and you will have to wait longer in the night otherwise”. The hotel gave no explanation/excuses on how they could have provided the wrong transfer information,
- Sometimes long queues in the restaurant and insufficient number of prepared tables,
- Certain products in the restaurant are available only in limited quantities,
- Although we booked “All inclusive” (it was clearly stated in our confirmation), the hotel charged additonal fees for some drinks. We were told that “All inclusive” means only “Soft all inclusive”, even if we clearly paid for “All inclusive”, which they also had. Water is freely available only in small cups outside the restaurant; otherwise, you are supposed to pay.
- The rooms are partually renovated and some deficiencies can be seen: dirty sink and bath taps, old and creaky door to the balcony that resisted any opening, very firm mattress,
- The guests have to pay for beach towels as well as for changing them,
- The music is very noisy during the late evening until midnight.

Nice Beach.
Some of the personell were friendly.
This is not an all inclusive.
Highly overpriced.
It is a so called "all inclusive light" which is basically a "full board" with draft wine, draft beer and Coca cola included.
Dirty rooms.
Cheap simple draft wine.
Zero water pressure in the shower.
You have to pay 5 euros exta for Beach towels and additional 5euro for each time you like to change it.
Do you like a diet beverage? That will cost you 3euros for a can.
The best restaurant tables outside and front row sun beds were always "reserved", but empty.
No working AC in the Gym.

Close to the beach. Nice buffet, always good pasta and pizza in Italy. Activities on the beach. Friendly staffs.
Room equipment is a bit dated...

A Beautiful beach, part of the natural park (Bambi coming to the resort in the evening:), close to Alghero (which is really worth visiting and spending a few hours!), convenient to get to, rent a car and visit a few spots around the north part of the island. Our special highlight: Risto Bar Spaghetteria Mugoni (a 20 min walk by the beach) with great food, atmosphere, friendly staff and stunning sunsets.
Everything else: the facilities look like they were closed for a few years and then simply reopened without any maintenance, as good as no service, chaos at the canteen, not really all-inclusive, looooots of single-use plastic (thought it was just banned?!), most of the staff not really speaking English… not a good value for the money. It didn’t ruin our vacation as the island made up for it, but the thought of changing the base crossed our mind a few times in the first 2 days before we lowered our expectations.
7.0
- Beautiful location, with a good beach (it was often full, but it seemed that the hotel has enough umbrellas and beds for all guests)
- Common areas were clean and well-maintained
- Overall, the staff was very nice
- Rooms are dated, and the shower was weak; the corridor to our room was dark, a bit smelly and had a quite old, stained carpet
- The architecture of the hotel requires a lot of walking and climbing stairs up and down in order to move from A to B
- The restaurant staff was clearly doing their best to manage the COVID-related measures, but at mealtimes there were different lines for each component of the meal (e.g. one each for bread, drinks, salads, pastas, meats, etc), and they were often quite long
- There are no other restaurants or shops nearby within walking distance
3.0
- nice sand beach and clear sea
- nice maintained hotel garden with palm trees
- DONT GO THERE, this hotel is absolutely not worth the money, this is max ** old and expensive hotel
By my opinion, hotel is filled with agency's like TUI with undemanding guests. In Turkey, for 1/2 price you get 1000% better service.
"ALL INCLUSIVE" program
- mediocre food - pizza, pasta, spagetti ... no invention
- their COVID policy means you can't choose the food from the desks, but everytime you have to ask staff who doesn't speak English to get you what you want - very annoying and long lanes
- we vere arrogantly forced by the staff to wear masks while taking the food, whilst you can take them off while you sit at the table (in the same area!!) - is anybody using brain out there from the management?
- the week before we were in hotel in Albania, there are no such stupid restrictions which doesn't make any sense
- breakfast coffee/capucino/latte is from powder from the vending machine as well as all soda drinks
- you pay for everything - coffee, beer, wine .. only soda drinks are free, but you get just 1dcl at once - we had to fill 1l plastic bottle at the breakfast so we don't get thirsty through the day
- cheap bitter table wine
HOTEL
- its very old hotel with old amenities, dirty disgusting carpets
- they close the pools and beach on 6:30pm ... why? kids want to stay longer and enjoy hot days, but we were removed
- the whole day till 0pm very loud music everywhere (and the staff is screaming to the microphone almost non-stop) - terrible. you just cant fall asleep before 0pm.

Realli clean rooms , good airco, Every day fresh Towels, food is good , good pasta , Coronaproof, everything is put in plates by staff, perfect beach , animation is ok just shows in evening are nothing if you dont speak Italian , but great hotel , i dont understand the negative comments from other people. IF you want to visit always need taxi or rent Car because hotel is far away from everything.
Breakfast, lunch ,diner is chaos , not enough staff . Or maibi they have to start working in 2 shifts 19u 30 and 21u . That would take the down the workload .
2.0
Nice beach and sea. But that's all.
Otherwise horror and horror. Annoying reception, all inclusive horror, carrying a card everywhere. If you do not pay extra, you do not have quality drinks, alcohol at all, everything is paid. Upon arrival at the room untidy. Everything is a problem. Food below average, cleanliness no. I strongly do not recommend, you do not come here.
6.0
Beach, swimming pool
Big queues for eating in buffet. Buffet is only open for 2 hours for such a big amount of people. Too short staff serving.
