The apartment was so big and easier for us to go anywhere. And also it is safe. Gym, Sauna and swimming pool i love it!

Some furnitures should be refurbished and would be great if there are addition tables. The wall seems to be very ‘thin’ as we can hear constant noises from above and from LRT.

Not sure and not so happy because the TV and WiFi doesn't work at all although clean but the unit cannot see anything outside not like we expect to be nature's view 😌

Convenience of food/restaurants locations. Very easily accessible @ Damen Mall which is located just across the street.

Cleanliness. Very obvious that the housekeeping team did not do a good job. (1) The dish cloths, hand towels @ kitchen are all stained and dirty looking. Bath towels have all turned grey from white... Bathrooms were not very clean. We bought our own toilet cleaner to clean the bathrooms and toilet seats/bowls before using the facilities. The maintenance team also need improvement. The main door lock malfunctioned, shower head was broken and master bath was clogged - bathroom floods after shower. Washing machine needs servicing too - the softener compartment was clogged - not working. Dryer door not functioning well. BUT technical support from host was EXCELLENT when it came to door lock and bathroom maintenance. The host only provided us with one set of lift access card and keys. Would be excellent if two sets could be provided because there were 4 of us. We had to travel everywhere together in a group otherwise there would be an issue entering the unit.

very disappointed not like in the picture toilet was very smelly I requested for extra bed didn’t get , the bed was very dirty and so many rules !!! can’t party this that everything!

Should have at least 2 sets of keys per unit.
