Great location and extremely high standards. The Japanese toilets are great!

Room is spacious and very clean. Super king bed is super comfy to sleep in. Got upgraded to room with KL Tower view and it was so lovely. We got to see KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers from our window. Breakfast spread was superb, lots of choices from different cuisines. Got to try most of the menu since it comes in small portion so we get a taste of everything. and everything was very delicious. Breakfast also comes with twin tower view. The chef came to ask for some review, and in the end prepared a special anniversary treat for us. Really happy with the service! Special shoutout to Chef Shahfarul, Nazmee, Shuib and Munir for this lovely memory Check in and check out process was very smooth. It is to be noted that the lobby is at 53rd floor. We were lost at first before asking around. Staffs were excellent, always helping us finding our ways and fulfilling our needs.

I love the part where I had breakfast with the Twin Tower view. The staff were very polite, friendly and well trained. I'm very impressed!

I'm not really satisfied with the toilet in the room. It's far from the bathroom.

All staff who assist me upon arrival was excellent.

Spacious room, proximity to transportation and food, nice and friendly staff

Expected a buffet at breakfast but it turned out to be a la carte menu. Pool too small and not having the best view of Petronas Towers. Cannot cumulate miles if you book via 3rd party.
