great location

We rented two apartments for 7 nights. One was somewhere between adequate, the other, terrible. A stifling smell of smoke permeated the entire apartment. If my asthmatic son was in that apartment, it would definitely caused an asthma attack. The apartment is in very poor repair. Mats covered huge gaps in the flooring, the sink and bench unit is broken and old, and the shower door leaked, An unidentified noise woke me up at night and went on for hours. I had to sleep with earplugs AND a pillow on my head The outlook is much worse that the one upstairs - onto brick building and extraction units Smells came up through the bathroom vents, particularly strong smells of urine. Meantimes, the owner was nonchalant about the situation. It was really disappointing and made worse by the fact that they made us pay 7-days of accommodation x 2 rooms in cash, presumably to avoid taxes. I’m usually reluctant to post a negative review as I am aware that someone’s livelihood is riding on it, however I feel that it is unfair for potential guests not to be warned about this place.

location is nice, direct link with berjaya time square and daily parking fee is acceptable.

host did not reach out until I whats-app him few hours before check-in to ask for check-in details. room is not same as published. no WiFi access in room. bathroom floor is flooded, flooring problem. kitchen sink and table have a lot of small cockroach coming out at night time.

The man asking for extra RM 100 from us to get the double bed, when they know already that we are 5 altogether, how can they gave us a single bed?

Very Good Location and Comfortable place to Stay. has kitchen with all basic necessities.

No Extra Matters. No Coffee or Tea No Washing Machine. Lights in the Room and sitting area were very low with few not working.
