The property is beautiful and very well located .. the staff is courteous and helpful … breakfast was amazing ! My room which had the spectacular twin towers view was comfortable with all modern amenities …WiFi was spot on ! I had a fabulous time here …. All in all a happy stay !

Die Gastfreundlichkeit und Freundlichkeit ALLER Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel war wirklich außergewöhnlich! Zimmer groß und sehr schön!

・朝食 種類が豊富、中華料理、点心、マレーシア料理、各種デニッシュ、フルーツなど3日間飽きずに楽しめた。 ベビーチェアあり。私達の宿泊時にはバルーンアーティストが各テーブルのお子様達にパフォーマンスをしてくれた。（騒がしいものでもなくとても良かった） ・ロケーション ツインタワー徒歩10分以内、周辺にコンビニなどはないがツインタワー近くのISETANなど買い物は不便しない ・部屋 キングルーム、"市内中心部を望む"とあるがホテルなどが割拠してるエリアなので街並みが見えるわけではない。 アメニティはフランスのブランド物で統一されている。良い香り。ベッドは大人2人でちょうどくらいのサイズ。 ・他 ベビーカーで行きづらいとの事前情報あったが全く気にならない。ホテルまでのルートでの不便は街全体に言えることでありこのホテルに限った話ではないとして、ホテル自体は全体的に広くベビーカー、スーツケースでの移動も全く苦にならない。

Chambre : spacieuse , ultra propre, literie confortable. Excellent service aux chambre rapide. Grande fenestration du plafond au sol . Très lumineux . Belle vue ville. Petit déjeuner : excellent , difficile de faire mieux . Très variée ( pour tous les goûts ) jus frais , fruits exotiques . La salle du PDJ est vraiment belle , toute vitrée et offrant une vue spectaculaire sur les tours petronas. Belles photos assurées. Localisation parfaite . À côté du skywalk et à 2 pas du parc et des tours . On a tout fait à pied. Un des meilleurs 5 étoiles que j’ai fait qui se démarque aussi par le service qui est exemplaire. Les employés sont souriants , à l’écoute de nos demandes et efficaces. Je recommande fortement

The room was nice and spacious, with a good ambiance, and an amazing view of KLCC and the Petronas towers. It was a comfortable stay. During check-out, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to apologize for the unwanted experience during our check-in, giving us an apology gift, and packing our breakfast because we had to rush to the airport. Things don't always go the way we want, but the hotel staff stepped up and tried their best to make up for what happened on our first day.

We were told during check-in that the room we booked was unavailable and that they were giving us a better room. The catch - it was a Barbie-themed room with over-the-top decor and toys. Even though we had booked our standard room well in advance, we reluctantly took the Barbie room. When we realized that we were not about to get the proper experience we paid for, i.e. view of the towers was partially blocked by window stickers, a doll house, and lots of toys - we called the reception to ask them to shift us to a standard room. After a few calls back and forth, where the staff kept insisting that our required room was unavailable, they finally managed to get us our normal room in a few hours, three floors below. We were satisfied with the new room, but the whole experience wasted a few daylight hours on our first day at KL, when we could have maximized our stay with other activities.

Breakfast is so good! Room is very spacious and the location just perfect! Staff in restaurant is very welcoming! Tower view room is the best

フロント及びエントランスの担当者は非常に親切な対応であったことは少しでもの救いであった。 エントランスの担当者は、タクシ－を快く呼んでくれてありがたかった。

当日のチェックイン時間にフロントに行ったが、清掃が未完のためチェックイン時間が1時間ほど遅れるとの回答だった その間メンバ－のラウンジで待機していたが、次の情報では、キングサイズのベットであれば案内可能との説明があった。 しかし、ツインベットを予約していたので更に30分ほど待つことになった。 5スタ－のホテルとしては非常に残念なサ－ビスであった。朝食会場も時間帯が集中したこともあって、座席に案内されるまで待たされた。 可能であれば、時間制で区切っての案内があると待たずにスム－ズにいくと感じた。 更には、コヒ－マシンが全て故障して対応されずに放置されていた。 また、故障による情報も全くなかったのは非常に残念で仕方なかった。 いい思い出が、最悪の思い出になってしまった。

Teníamos una ubicación excepcional, una habitación enorme con cama extra grande, despacho, un baño de ensueño y toda la fachada acristaladla con vistas a las Torres Petronas. Nos alojaron en la planta 19, nos llevaron las maletas a la habitación, el personal del hotel fue siempre muy amable y honesto, e hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera excepcional

La chambre était vraiment bien et correspondant à la réservation quant à la vue sur le parc de KLCC. Propre, fonctionelle et lit confortable. L'hôtel offre tous les aspects de ce standing.

Le personnel met parfois vraiment beaucoup de temps à répondre à une demande. Deux empreintes prises sur 2 cartes de crédit dont une annulée presque immédiatement et toujours pas re-créditée après plus de 10 jours. Problème récurrent dans ce pays

客房內的書桌強化玻璃面邊角,能加上防撞泡棉,帶小朋友的人需要留意,以防撞傷. 用餐區只有一個椅子,所以只能一個在書桌, 一個在另一桌子用餐.

if the price include breakfasts would be the best😄

I would have rated it higher as everything was good, but the room wasn’t sound proof from other rooms and doors. You could easily hear door closing near by, TVs and alarm clocks from other rooms.

Thank you for the delicious birthday cake. However, we waited a long time for the matchbox/lighter, calling the front office (FO) three times. It arrived at 00:27 am, delaying our celebration. However he do mentioned he was busy, but we couldn’t turn back the time. Will be great if you already prepare the matchbox/lighter. The FO staff's emotional intelligence needs improvement. During check-in, when sharing our situation, the staff seemed disengaged. It would be helpful if FO staff proactively highlighted facilities in the card holder. After check-in, the staff only pointed to the lift, neglecting to guide us through the hotel's layout. While the room was clean, the washbasin was leaking.
