Beautiful hotel at an excellent location in central Arnhem. Kudos to the super friendly staff. If I need to be back in / around Arnhem another time, this will definitely be the place to stay again!

One of the ladies at the front desk was very rude and un attentive to what we were asking when we first arrived. Another staff member was super nice and handled things properly when we came back.

Breakfast location is terrible, not enough room. It has tables in the way of the buffet. You had to book a time for breakfast, even though you are on holiday and want to sleep in, I have never heard of this before. The coffee machine broke down and there was no substitute, not good enough for 5 star.

Reception could ONLY speak Dutch or English, no German even though they have a border to this country. We went to the skybar for a drink and were told we have to wait 30 mins for a seat even though have the seats were empty, we are hotel guest for FFS. Outside the hotel was very dirty.

Ideal location in Arnhem & close to the station

Our stay was ruined by somebody banging & scraping , the floor above our room , on Saturday night , when we were trying to sleep early Reported it to reception - and they said there was nothing they could do about it 😳
