The location was superb…near historic and cultural sites. Adjacent to shopping if that’s your thing. The environment and room was very comfortable. The service including parking process was smooth. The breakfast had a great variety of options which made for a terrific start to our day. All in all, this is a great hotel in the heart of Verona.
The layout of the bathroom with toilet in tight spot between the door and bidet was a bit inconvenient.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, the staff were helpful and professional, and the property was clean, efficient, and very well maintained.
The only disappointment was breakfast. At first glance, it looked abundant and offered a lot of variety, but the quality of the food was poor and very little tasted fresh or good.
Aside from breakfast, it was an excellent stay.

Location. Friendly attentive staff. Daily free water ( needed) and good breakfast selection.
Strange smell on entry to the room every time we entered but subsided strange couldn’t find a cause.
Plumbing gurgled after use but not excessive
No teabags just coffee.
